The people at the offices were upset cuse I had guess stop thru. And while I was here I order food and they called the room to tell me if I can't people coming to the room. If I couldn't comply I could leave. You know for 75 dollars a night, you think I could be able to have dinner delivered without being harassed.

Always clean and they give you plenty of toiletries in the room and the Mimi fridge is a plus and for us smokers! Yes you can smoke! It may be old but you can’t tell . They are updated inside and very clean!

This is a very bad customer service. we made reservations and made sure are service animals could stay because my husband is legally blind and has MS. Well when we get there he doesn't he doesn't have any rooms available this is crazy no Hotel will take a disabled man with a service animal is it inhumane

Passing through Houston we decided to get a room for the night. As we prepared to lay down we noticed there was something on the pillow case and realized it was a bug, so we pulled the covers back and looked in the seams of the mattress to find that it was infested with bed bugs. We went to the office and told the manager and he said that was not possible and said we were lying and he refused to go to the room to see what we saw. He was being very rude and refused a refund, he said if we didn’t want to stay to go somewhere else. We of course left. Now we have to throw our luggage out and pray we don’t bring one back home.

The room was not ready when i got there i waited 10 minutes and there wasnt even a sitting area. The AC bearly worked it was hot i just turned it off and opened the window. Ants was in the sink. Rude customer service he called me and told me to come downstairs.... and told me if i dont take the grocery basket back that he was going to throw it away and i told him plenty of times i was gonna take it back he was very rude...he kept calling asking me how many people was in the room.. internet service is low and when you flush the toilet you can feel it on the floor. Too much noice in the middle of the night and early in the morning

Room was super clean and very nicely furnished. Great price. We were only passing through, but I would definitely stay here next time.
Also, being right next door to the Walmart is so convenient.

*UPDATE* Stayed again on the 2nd week of 03-'18 and the last week of 01-'18 with same positive results, clean room with HVAC unit filters spotless. I'm so comfortable staying there that I already booked it in advance for soon upcoming trip.
Is a dayli housekeeping done, so DON'T FORGET TO LEAVE A PROPER GRATUITY.
Wow!. Room was recently renovated with real ceramic, high efficiency toilets, fresh new matching paint, common areas are clean and neat with more improvements going on, HVAC unit and filters were clean in room I stayed in. Parking lot and premises well lit. Pretty quiet at time of stay Wed to Fri. Wal-Mart is next door, Fiesta Supermarket not too far away, within a walking distance, where they have inexpensive and delicious hot meals. Friendly staff and fast chech in/out through Expedia or with your own reservation.
Hotel rooms look exactly the same as in the promotional pics.
Only complaint I had first stay was restroom extractor fan was awful loud and some cleaning needed to be done between mattress and box frame and carpet.

The rooms are nice and clean, very nice staff. The only problem I have is the price is expensive with no real breakfast. Only an apple or banana. Sometimes they don't have that. Also they will collect your money and not offer you a weekly rate. Which could become very expensive.

Terrible. No outlets available besides bathroom, no coffee maker, no wifi, no bathtub. Smoking room given without request, stains all over comforter. Smells awful and loud road noise.

Absolutely HORRIBLE. Bed bathroom were alright BUT what got me was seeing a roach before sleeping, killing it, THEN in middle night thinking it were our neighbors it sounded like rats were in the walls, and found a NEST of roaches behind the mircowave n the scattered n one flew around.. Highly do not recommend
