We have been with State Farm for more than 3 years. This office is great with their customer service. Sometimes our phone goes to voicemail but they always call back right away.

This agency caused me 2 overdraft fees. I've asked for a return call from the agency owner or manager. No call. As soon as I can I'll be finding another agency. They auto draft on my account an unauthorized transaction. When things are corrected I'll remove this post. Thank you have a good day. BEWARE

Policy started at 345. July 2022. Five months later it was raised to 615.00. No accidents, tickets or anything. Pay all bills on time. They will auto renew policy without telling you and raise your monthly bill without your knowledge or agreement. I reported this agency with John Nguyen to inspector General office and BBB. John Nguyen is a scammer. Stay away from this place!!

I was switched over to John after moving from Dallas. I hate to say it but I was the worse thing that could’ve happened to me as a customer. He is very timid and easily intimidated. Make sure you get an agent that will work for you and help you when you’re indeed. I was told that “I’m just an agent, I have the same power and numbers as you!” Then I asked if there is a need for an agent, he said “honestly you can do the same thing”. I honestly would go with a totally different insurance company if you have the opportunity. According to John I’m just one of his hundred of clients because we’re all different we all can’t be helped. Find a better agent that actually works for their clients! John isn’t it!
