From the moment you hit the lot there is someone to greet you. I was impressed with Cameron, I told him I was just looking and he understood and was not pushy. I even told him to please not call me to see if I decided to buy and he didn't, that's a plus in my book. After test driving the Tucson Hybrid I was hooked. They met my trade in asking price and then the rest is history. Met with Chance in finance and then with Allison the wizard of tech. She was very patient with this old dog as she explained (dumbed down) all the bells and whistles. Long story short great experience ! Hope the service department is as good.
****Here is an update regarding the Service Department: I have never had a service advisor walk me thru the engine compartment and explain what to expect at the different milage intervals. Mr. Crabtree even showed me the cabin filter and air filter so I could see whether they needed changing or we could wait for the next service. Never in my almost 40 yrs of buying new and service department visits have I received treatment as wonderful as Texan Hyundai delivers.

My experience was beyond outstanding. When a different Hyundai dealership serviced my vehicle, they didn’t take the time to do things correctly which resulted in me having to get my car towed to Texan. These guys identified the problem, fixed it and then refused to let me pay since I had already paid the other crappy dealership a LOT of money. From now on, Texan Hyundai will service my Palisade and be the dealership I buy my next Hyundai from. I LOVE THESE GUYS (especially Devin)— Thank you Texan Hyundai!!!

So this was my first experience with a dealership in years and I will say I was impressed . I’m one of those “challenged” credit people and I came in with the expectation of not getting a deal even with the money I put down or just get messed over . But Amy Blanco did amazing with the whole process and did everything she could to make sure we could get a deal set in that was fair . She knew I drove from an hour and a half away and did state I didn’t want to make that drive if I wasn't going to be able to get a good deal and leave with a car that day . Amy held up her end and made sure everything went smooth and even stayed later after the dealership was suppose to close just to help me . So if yall want a good sales person to work with I’d 💯 recommend her every time.

I had an excellent overall experience with Texan Hyundai specifically salesman Mauricio Sanchez and sales manage Chance Burton. Both were enthusiastic, attentive, and responsive in earning my business. The process was quite smooth overall and discussing financial details with them felt like a conversation rather than a negotiation. They worked hard to match competing offers to make the numbers work. It may be a long time before I need another vehicle but as long as they are there, I will be a return customer.

​I had a complicated issue regarding a warranty cancellation refund on my trade-in, but General Sales Manager Robert Rappaccioli stepped in and completely turned my experience around. He listened to the facts, showed true leadership, and did the right thing by correcting the paperwork and issuing my full refund directly from the dealership. While the finance department's initial math was frustrating, Robert proved that he cares about keeping returning customers loyal. If you buy a car here, ask for Robert—he is a man of his word and handles business with total fairnes!
I also want to recognize Ismael . He did an excellent job explaining everything clearly and thoroughly.

I had the opportunity to work with Veronica at Texan Hyundai, and she was fantastic! I was short on time and needed a new vehicle quickly, and Veronica was able to get much of the process started over the phone, making everything incredibly convenient.

Being in sales myself, I truly appreciate great customer service, and Veronica exceeded my expectations. She made the entire experience seamless, communicated clearly, and was willing to work around my schedule and timeline. She took what can often be a stressful process and made it easy and enjoyable.

I can never explain how grateful I am for Xavier sending me to Jeffrey when he was busy. This guy went above and beyond on his job today. Staying 3 hours after he was supposed to get off to make sure I got the best deal . Yamal in finance is also the G.O.A.T . He knew as a single mother what I could afford and did not pressure me into anything I could not afford. He explained everything clearly and didn’t try to price gouge me. I promise God has something great for yall. I walked out with a brand new 2026 Hyundai Santa Fe today . Y’all will forever hold a special place in my heart !!!
