Fantastic experience with The Garagisti. I brought my Cayman to get a track alignment after fitting 19-inch wheels.
Chandler was my point of contact and was very helpful throughout. The team was professional, clear with communication, and thorough. During the initial check, they inspected the clearance around the new wheel/tire setup and identified tight fitment areas, recommending rear toe links and rear camber plates to get the alignment geometry right without rubbing. They also pointed out a few minor maintenance items while it was on the lift, so we took care of everything in one visit.
Pricing was fair and the quality of work was great. Having used several shops in Houston over the years, this has been my favorite to work with. I’d definitely recommend Garagisti.

Always a good experience. Professional people always there to answer questions. I have been taking my car for a few years since my Mercedes warranty was done. Prices are fair, cheaper than dealership.

Service was prompt,honest and efficient. The shop is materially less expensive than the dealer. They answer the phone when I call and they answer questions honestly about what is or is not needed. Their hourly rates are lower, and they use the source manufacturer for parts without the whopping Mercedes markup. In essence, the business model is to cut out the enormous brand name (Mercedes in my case) markup on parts. This was my first service with this company but I am impressed. I will continue to use them.

I’ve brought both my F82 and E92 BMWs to The Garagisti in Houston, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with them. Chandler, Jacob, and Jason (the manager) are incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about what they do. They take the time to explain everything in detail and make sure you feel confident about the work being done.

Garagisti is the highest quality experience you can have in repair of your vehicle. The dealer might have a better loaner for you but service, turnaround, and explanation of what’s happening with your car will be better than anywhere else you might go. If you’re looking for a repair shop that will repair it right with the most qualified techs to do it, this is the shop for you.
