Needed to renew our vehicle insurance so started looking around and fielding the phone calls. Juan reached out and came across with a great offer for all of my needs under one roof. He had a vacation planned so he enlisted the help of Rock to ensure we had communication through out as we had a deadline to meet with my current auto policy needing to be renewed. Juan returned from vacation and followed up to make sure everything was taken care of and if there was anything else he could do. After dotting a few loose ends and crossing the T's, we felt confident to leave our current provide of 4 years to go with Juan, Rock and State Farm. Juan and Rock were a pleasure to deal with and will shoot a straight arrow.

Been with them about 6 months as they were originally saving us money on our homeowners insurance. Since that time, I've had to stay on top of them for things that should be simple changes but take me contacting them multiple times to correct. It's very time consuming and frustrating to have to follow up multiple times. (I don't think they ever listen to their voicemails). As soon as we signed paperwork, we could no longer get any response from the email as several things including name and gender were incorrect. Then comes time for renewal and all the previous savings are gone. We asked for a new quote to save money then told them to process it and then they never did so we were charged incorrectly a higher amount. She also acted like she didn't remember any of the conversation and had to send her a recording of her own voicemail. My advice - if it saves you money for the first term- be very wary when it comes time for renewal as their follow through is abmissal.

Abel did a fantastic job getting me the lowest rate I have ever had! I was reluctant at first, however, the entire process took very little time on my part which was awesome because I'm usually too busy to deal with changing insurance companies. So GREAT JOB!
