My husband had carpal tunnel surgery at TOPS on March 26, 2026. We have nothing but praise for this Surgical Center. Everyone was so friendly and pleasant. He had previously had this surgery on his left arm at this facility with Dr. Shar, so It was a no-brainer in choosing Dr. Shar when he developed pain in his right arm. Lauren and Caitlin, RNs, were so competent and compassionate. We were so pleased with the care. Unfortunately, I don't remember everyone's names, but everyone we came into contact with delivered excellent care. Don't hesitate at all with this surgical center. It is top notch!

I felt so at ease here. Annie, Flo, and the nurse assistants were incredibly kind to me. The kitchen staff was also wonderful. It was time to head home to finish my recovery, but I would definitely suggest this facility. Thank you all for your help during this tough time in my recovery.

My entire process was above standards.
The check in staff was professional, treated me with respect abd courtesy.
RN staff were all excellent. Answered my questions, treated me with respect, very organized. Operating room very organized and clean. The whole staff really took care and followed safety standards and respected my privacy. MS Hernandez, Anithesia was superb. Charming and so enthusiastic about her job.

I had minor surgery at this facility a few days ago. EVERY aspect of this procedure was top notch from check-in at the front desk all the way to getting wheeled out after discharge.
The medical staff was incredibly professional and friendly with a wonderful bed-side manner. Grace initially worked up my admittance and she was AWESOME! I regret I don't remember their names, but there was a tech who drew blood, my anesthesiologist, and the two OR nurses...ALL of them were phenomenal!!
What a great team of medical professionals!!
