All I’m going to say is double check your monthly payments. I realized I was getting charged different payments each time, tried to say it was a “late fee” but when asked for a itemized break down. The numbers weren’t consistent. Staff is rude Richarda and Vanessa huffing and puffing on the phone like they aren’t taking my money. Asked to speak to someone hirer up was giving the run around.

I purchased insurance on the April 18th two weeks later they asked for the next payment. I called the company, was told it’s a one time thing and they will clarify the issue and get back to me. Two days later they sent me a warning of cancellation letter. The next month I was hit another early due date. I went in the office spoke a young man with a nasty attitude and problem was not resolved.
