1. Claim your page — it's free

Anyone can add a business to wowpilot, but only the verified owner gets to speak for it: reply to ratings, fix the details, run the tools. Claiming means proving the domain is yours. Pick whichever of the five checks is easiest for you:

  • A one-click link sent to a role address at your domain — admin@, support@, contact@, hello@ or info@. Fastest by far.
  • A DNS TXT record.
  • A DNS CNAME record pointing at wowpilot.
  • A small HTML file in your site's root folder.
  • A meta tag in your homepage's <head>.

Every check is verified by our servers, not by a screenshot. Tokens last 7 days, and starting a different method cancels the previous one.

2. Answer every rating in public — Basic and Premium

From the Basic plan up, your page can reply to any rating, and the customer can reply back — it's a thread, not a comment box. Replies wear a business badge so readers always know who's talking. A calm, specific answer to a two-star rating does more for you than ten five-star ones nobody reads.

3. Ask real customers to rate you

Basic and Premium plans include customer invitations: send a link after a purchase, by hand, from a CSV, or through the API. Ratings that arrive through an invitation carry a Verified badge — the strongest proof on the site that someone actually bought from you. The badge is earned per rating; it can't be bought for a page.

4. Put your live score on your own website

Premium pages get a one-line embed. Drop it on any page and it renders your current score card and adds the structured data Google needs to show star ratings under your listing in search results. The number on your site is the number on wowpilot, updated automatically.

5. See what customers keep telling you

Your dashboard tracks your score over time, ratings per day, the star breakdown, and — on Premium — the recurring themes in what people praise or complain about, plus a side-by-side benchmark against up to three competitors. Every invitation you send is tracked to whether it turned into a rating.

Bring the team

Add colleagues as Owner, Admin or Member. Any seat can reply on the business's behalf; Admins can edit the page; only the Owner can hand the page over or delete it.

What it costs

A claimed page is free forever: your listing, logo and description, ranked by score like everyone else. Basic adds public replies, customer invitations with the Verified badge, and a custom sender name. Premium adds the score widget, AI-drafted replies, theme tagging, competitor benchmarks, API keys and team seats. Nothing on any plan changes a score — see the plans.
