This is my second time coming back and it was even better than last time. The staff will explain what is going on with your car and will show you as well. I really appreciated the detailed report with pictures so I could send them to my husband while he was at work. I really love that they email me reminders about my oil change or what needed to be done with my car soon. I would recommend this place to all my friends.

The employees were very welcoming and the inspections are definitely thorough. I completely trust these guys. The first time I took my car in for a leak near the sunroof they could have told me any kind of a story. I expected big expense. Instead they solved the problem on a busy Saturday in 10 minutes and didn’t charge me. More recently, I needed a repair because my gear shift wouldn’t function. Instead of charging for a complete replacement, they attempted two less expensive repairs, and the second one worked, saving me hundreds of dollars. These are people of integrity who charge a fair price — and they’re also super friendly. Highly recommend them!

I brought my car in thinking I needed a new alternator, which would have been a much more expensive repair. Instead of just replacing parts, the team took the time to run multiple diagnostic tests and found that the actual issue was a faulty sensor. They were honest, transparent, and upfront about the costs throughout the entire process.
What really stood out was that they genuinely wanted to help me save money. They were even willing to refer me to other businesses when it made more sense financially for me. Customer service was excellent from start to finish. They arranged an Uber ride home and had my vehicle repaired by the end of the next day.
Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. It’s refreshing to find a shop that values honesty and customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back for future vehicle repairs and maintenance

Not many Auto Repair places can show a solid 5 star rating, but these guys truly deserve it. This was the first time I’ve used Auto Check Elite for car repairs, mostly because I never knew they were there. It’s a pretty convenient Katy location - lots of parking and near the corner of Kingsland and Pin Oak. Our problem was a non-functional fuel gauge; I knew it had been chewed by mice or rats, as I found bits of wire and insulation under the car. The AutoCheck mechanic was able to locate the remains of the wire and harness, the rest of which had probably provided a nice insulated nest for a local mouse family. The mechanic ended up having to fabricate a new wire harness. During the process, they sent photos, provided an estimate for the work and an estimate for when it would be done. They had it finished and ready to go the next day, actually reduced the final price about 10% from their original estimate, and my wife has been able to discontinue her fuel gauge anxiety therapy sessions.

Always great service provided by Auto Check Elite. This time we just had regular B-service with oil and filter and cabin filter, tire checks done. They always communicate well with us, coordinated and paid for Uber drop off. I highly recommend using this company for all your vehicle repair needs!

Very satisfied, my SUV went in the service bay at the set time. Had a Trans drain and fill, David gave me a fair price, probably start having my oil changes done there versus my Infiniti dealer.

I can't tell you how amazing was thier service. I was afraid because I had a Lucid Air GT one of the rare cars out there. I wasn't sure if they do alignment for that car.
They checked and told me that they do but that they haven't done a Lucid yet I guess because they're so rare. So I was a bit worried about what I would get post service.
Well I can confidently say, they did an amazing job and I'm really happy.
They were honest, price wise reasonable and I would highly recommend anyone considering them for their auto service.
