I originally stopped at the Jiffy Lube just a few meters away, parked, and waited, hoping someone would come out to assist me. No one did. A man glanced at me, a kid just stood there, and even after I went inside, no one bothered to check what I needed. Frustrated and disappointed, I decided to head next door to Auto Check, and I’m so glad I did!
From the moment I walked in, their customer service was on point. They were welcoming, quick to help, and provided exactly the service I needed at an affordable price. The contrast in professionalism and care was like night and day.
If you’re deciding between Jiffy Lube and Auto Check, don’t think twice, choose Auto Check. They truly value their customers, and I highly recommend them!

I stopped here for the convinant opening hrs for an oil change.. ended up needing 4 new break pads & rotors for all tires 😅of course not knowing much about cars I was told for the two back tires I would have to pay $465 and was not recommended to drive on them bc they were in the worst condition of all 4…it ended up being that the front ones were the ones that were squeaking nd worst 😅 My advice and something I should have done was get a second maybe even a third opinion as when I checked another spot I could have gotten all 4 new break pads and rotors for way less vs the $608 I paid here for only the 2 back rear break pads and rotors plus the oil change 🥲 completely my fault ! On another note everyone was nice and provided a drop off service! 👍🏼

Beware before you go there! It is AutoFraud not Auto check. I recently visited the Auto Fraud (Auto check, Missouri City) for an issue with my car’s AC not working right after Battery change in Jiffy Lube. Auto check pretended to spend two hours (God knows what they were doing) and couldn't find any issue so later came back and quoted me $2200 for a complete AC replacement, claiming it was necessary. Sensing something was off and fishy, I sought a second opinion. To my shock, the actual problem was a simple AC relay, which cost me only a fraction of their quote. I am attaching picture of their Quote and the AC Relay which was needed.
This experience has left me feeling deceived and frustrated as I spent whole day sitting in there. It’s clear that this company was trying to take advantage of my lack of technical knowledge. I urge potential customers to be cautious and seek multiple opinions before agreeing to any expensive repairs here. NEVER visit this Place. If anyone know a place to report about this company at higher level please let me know as I don't want anyone else to suffer like me.
Honesty and integrity are crucial in the auto repair industry, and unfortunately, this company has failed to demonstrate these values. I hope this review helps others avoid being misled. See pictures of Quote and Relay which I changed. I need my $139 back which you charged me upfront for diagnosing the issue. If you are little sorry on what you did, please refund my money back.

Very fast and efficient they were able to loosen all my tuff bolts so that I could go home and bedline.
