Great experience, salesman Jose helped us out and was super helpful. He was not pushy with more expensive models or options and really helped get us into the car we wanted. I had a great experience all around. Would highly recommend Bayway Kia and ask for Jose!

Clarance was wonderful!!! He made buying a car less stressful!!!
I must say the finance department was very difficult. They kept us waiting, almost an hour. The finance agent took time to get cleaner and clean up her room before inviting us in. I am 82 have limited energy and was beyond exhausted by the time I got in her office.

Denise was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process! As a younger buyer, I was a little nervous about purchasing a car, but she made everything so easy to understand and never made me feel pressured. She was incredibly patient, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with my decision every step of the way.

Clarence and Marcos were excellent. I originally went to a different Kia and I did NOT have a good experience at all. When I walked into Bayway they were READY for me at my appointment time, very friendly, and they were not the typical pushy sales guys.
After I told them about my experience at Joy Meyers Kia (Don’t go to Eric) they made sure to make it right and we were able to get a deal done Efficiently and quickly. They Truly went above and beyond to find me the car I’ve been looking for. Clarence set up my phone in the car, the paperwork with finance was smooth, the communication from the start was clear, and everyone was nice. Thanks!

Mr. Salina’s was so nice to us after Peacock Nissan did us very wrong. He explained to us everything and was honest. Then the sales director Marcus Pacheco was also very polite and professional and then we went to finance the lady was so sweet. The experience was awesome!! Would definitely recommend going there.
