My OBGYN referred me here for my mammogram. Great care, considerate staff, short waiting time. I loved that they decorated the mammogram waiting room so cute for us ladies! The technician was quick and put me at ease.

So caring!
Came here to take my mom for a PET exam, and the tech there, I believe his name is Jenri Herrera, did such an awesome job! He provided with all the information we needed to know and made my mom feel more at ease for her exam. I wish more places hire more people like Jenri. Thank you.

The staff is amazing!!! Can’t remember everyone’s name, however the whole staff from the time I walked through the door I was greeted with sympathy, compassion, and felt like everyone cared and knew me for years! Nurse Casandra, exercised motherly like care and patience with putting in my IV, considering I’m terrified of needles, she was able to put the IV line in on the first try, and I’m so grateful for her! Alexandria, and Darnisha pampered, and prepared me for my out patient surgery buy giving me all the information I needed to assure my surgery would have the best results, and also oiled, and greased my back prior to the procedure so that I could relax and compose myself! God bless America, our military, police officers, and the staff at BMC medical facility!🙏🏾🙏🏾❤️

I had ACDF surgery at BMC North Hospital, from the moment I entered the front doors the front desk personal was very curious and had great hospitality, my entire stay was so perfessional and made me feel special and like family, i knew i was in good hands.ohtlTge facility was very clean everywhere.I had a whole team accountable for each other and after I was moved to icu the whole time I was there, down to the kitchen chef works hard and serves you personally and was very good ...I would recommend this hospital and Dr.Barkoh staff and all employees and staff .They are 5 stars. Thank you BMC North...

My father stayed at BMC North Hospital for post-surgery rehabilitation and ended up staying longer than we originally anticipated due to his significant deconditioning. Throughout his entire stay, the care he received was absolutely exceptional.

From the front desk team who greeted us warmly every day, to the incredible nurses—Jim, Cindie, and Crystal (and others)—who were so attentive and compassionate, we truly felt supported and cared for. His physical therapist, Kevin, worked with him patiently and consistently, making a noticeable difference in his recovery. Kim, the case manager, was incredibly helpful in navigating our next steps, and the dietician made sure his nutritional needs were fully met and adjusted as needed.

Every single member of the team treated my dad with dignity, kindness, and professionalism. They not only supported his medical recovery but also cared for him as a person. I would highly recommend BMC North to anyone needing post-operative rehabilitation and wouldn’t hesitate to entrust them with the care of a loved one. Thank you all for everything!

Monice and Roxanna were the first person that I encountered upon arrival was at front desk check in clerks they gave me the impression that I was very important to them and made me feel like I was the only person who was there to check in; there personal care made me relax before my procedure. Great customer service, clean office and waiting area. My receptionist Roxanne was very kind and efficient. My doctor Ms. Demi was also effective and kind.
