Monice and Roxanna were the first person that I encountered upon arrival was at front desk check in clerks they gave me the impression that I was very important to them and made me feel like I was the only person who was there to check in; there personal care made me relax before my procedure. It’s because of them I have a good first impression of BMC Hospital

Great customer service, clean office and waiting area. My receptionist Roxanne was very kind and efficient. My doctor Ms. Demi was also effective and kind.

Recovery room nurse Nicole was amazing she was in room when I woke up. Still very groggy she got me stable and sitting up in bed she got my wife and got me some water and crackers we talked and she gave me a shot for nausea and a pain pill for the 45 min drive home. She got me in a wheelchair and got me to the car with great care. Great person!

Dr Ali that worked on Dec 23rd dayshift before 7pm, was very rude. She spoke to my son and I as if we were beneath her, slow and/or dumb. She yelled at me when I asked her for her name. At 1st I thought maybe she's just having a bad day. But, She even went to the next patients room and treated the mother and child the same way. Instead of running test on my child to see what was wrong with him. She kept making up stuff saying "I know what it is, it's because he's be exposed to chemicals " then when I kept telling her my son hasn't been around any harsh chemicals she then asked him does he take baths, and how often. When he said daily, she said oh that's why it's because he takes a bath daily. Then she asked him how does he dry off, and said oh that's why it's because of the way you dry off, you must blott dry. I had to ask for blood work to be done because all she was doing was assuming what she felt was wrong trying to use big words to make it seem like she knew what she was talking about.

I actually like this hospital but this Dr needs to go thru customer service training. She trys to handle her customers vs help them.

Quick to see me, the staff was absolutely amazing. Quick to resolve the excruciating pain I felt. The attention was wonderful , they resolved issues that the previous ER could not!

I went to the ER for severe body pain, rated at an 8/10. I've usually received good treatment here, but this visit was different. Dr. Joseph Zadeh was very unprofessional. He dismissed my symptoms, saying my situation was not an emergency and told me to leave. Additionally, he was wearing an oversized white coat with no shirt underneath, exposing his chest hair, which seemed unhygienic. This experience gave me a negative impression of the hospital. I ended up going to a different hospital, where they found my condition was worse than expected and admitted me immediately for an infection that could have been life-threatening. Dr. Zadeh’s actions are giving this hospital a bad reputation.

I came here twice, the first visit was great had no problems or issues with anyone. They were caring and fast when it came to being treated, I had Dr George, great doctor. But the second visit I had a horrible experience, the doctor was not caring at all he refused to give me anything for pain when I came in for severe chest and bodily pains, and even tried to offer me a medication that I told him and the nursing staff that I was allergic to. I had to stop them from pushing it through my IV. But overall it’s a good hospital and you’re seen immediately upon arrival no waiting.
