We had a great experience at this rehab center after my father-in-law’s stroke. The staff is friendly, the facility is clean, and the outdoor area is very nice. The cafeteria has great food as well.

Before my mother was admitted here for rehabilitation to work on being able to walk again I was told this facility would be able to take care of managing her pain, and also provide her transportation to critical follow-up appointments that she had. They failed to take her to a critical follow-up appointment within a few days of being admitted there. When I asked why they claimed that the insurance would not cover the transportation, however I called and spoke with the insurance company and they said that they would cover it and that they didn't know what the facility was talking about or why they were making that claim. The more I questioned the facility the more their answers changed and morphed. We went from "insurance wouldn't cover it" to "the facility doesn't actually provide transportation arrangements". The more that I questioned what they were telling me the more their answers changed, and within a few hours of pushing back against their evolving explanations on the same day a doctor from this facility called me to say that my mother had extensive clotting and needed to go back to the emergency room. The emergency room said there was nothing new going on with her, and they had no idea what information this facility was going on or why they came to that conclusion. Now she has further expenses, and an extended recovery time dragging out what has already been a rather torturous health experience to begin with. It was also a constant battle for them to come and give her her medications, and they would allow long periods of time to lapse. She was only in this facility for a few days, and she was in extreme pain the majority of the time and said she felt like she was being tortured. During two of my visits I could hear patients in other rooms crying out for help and see the nurses ignoring their cries. I would avoid this place if you care about your loved one.

Highly recommend this facility. Was just discharged after an 11 day stay. Caitlin (RN) was my favorite person. Always sunny with the most cheerful attitude! My nurses tech Melissa went above & beyond braiding my hair several times for me to help keep it out of the way when i couldnt manage well myself, for rehab. The overall therapy program is amazing!!! Most places brag about what they do offer but I experienced 1st hand the fantastic people & community Clear Sky has. Miguel will always be known for his ""Magic fingers". He helped work loose a prior ankle injury that was impeding the current injury I was trying to work through. Miss Shaday was my main therapist I saw the most followed by sweet Rachel. I can't brag on them enough. They know just how far to push (& how far to let u push yourself) before calling it quits.
Would definitely recommend for family members or myself again!

Clear sky is an amazing place. The nurses and cna’s are very caring and always made sure my dad had everything he needed. The Rehab is fantastic, they push to get you to get better. But If you want to get back to your regular life then this is the place to go. They truly enjoy their job of getting you back to walking and moving and living your life!! I recommend clear sky to everyone. I would use them again without question

We cannot say enough about this facility. After my mother's Day in a skilled nursing unit for 1.5 months, we moved her to clear sky. Within 2 weeks they had her up and walking and pretty much independent after a femur fracture. The staff is phenomenal. All they cared about was my mother's well-being. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing rehabilitation whether it be for stroke. Knee replacement, any type of rehabilitation. Kudos to all of the staff for being so absolutely wonderful to my mother.

This place is seriously amazing. The nursing care is top-notch, therapy is on point, and they even have some the same doctors from Methodist Baytown — which has made everything feel so much smoother. The campus is beautiful, and every single staff member we’ve met has been kind and welcoming. I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but I honestly believe ClearSky Health of Baytown is the best inpatient rehab hospital in the Houston area. If you know anyone recovering from a stroke, please tell them about this place. The care here is truly life-changing.
