Monica is a professional and super friendly agency. She always answer my question promptly and detailedly.

I am kind of the last minutes person and she is always helpful with my case efficiently. My little sister once bought a new car and needed car insurance but my sister forget to do this before attending to the car dealer, and I message Monica with the situation Monica immediately quote with a reasonable price and help my sister's with the car insurance right away. And my sister are able to drive her new car the same day thanks for Monica's help.

As an international student, I am not familiar with the Texas law regarding car insurance, and I always moving to a new apartment by year to year. She always being helpful with new car insurance quote with address change. And all the questions I have eg. adding addtional car driver to my policy.
