Horrific experience. If I could give 0 stars I would. Unhelpful and rude, I'll take my money elsewhere.

I have had a great experience changing my insurance over to the Justin Robert Agency. Not only was I able to save money, but the staff is very courteous and helpful with all of my needs and questions. After I switched last month, Kathy Jo called to follow up with me and let me know there was an additional discount that I was entitled to. She was patient and walked me through how to sign up for the Signal App which will save me an additional 3%. Thank you Justin Robert Agency.

The 2 ladies in the office had a nice laugh at my expense. They failed to realize that they didn't put me on hold. So, I sat on the phone for 23 minutes while the manager(Cathy) told the lady that was helping me (also named Cathy) that just because they made a mistake in the emailed estimate they sent me to add a driver, doesn't mean they have to honor it.
I was told it would be $109 to add my son. They withdrew $218. The Cathy's seemed to get great joy in laughing about it and saying I wouldn't get my money back. in the email it says it is an "estimate" . this is why she said it is perfectly ok that they charged me DOUBLE!!!
BEWARE!!
JUSTIN ROBERT- your customers should not be treated this way.
