The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars instead of 1 is because the nurses were very nice and understanding. But Dr. Nguyen was absolutely horrible. When I told him what I needed help with (a piercing had torn a hole in my skin and I couldn’t take it out), he just said “I don’t know how to do that. Go to a tattoo place.” and walked out of the room. I was shocked. So I started to leave and when he saw me in the hallway he said I had to wait for my paperwork. The nurse came in and handed me a reference and instructions on what to do and was very sweet. But the Dr didn’t tell me he was going to get me a reference, nor did he give me any guidance. I will never go to this place again just because I don’t want to risk getting stuck with him.

The bad reviews aren’t kidding guys. There's a reason they have signs trying to convince you to come in. I will say all staff was friendly besides Dr. Nguyen who was there during the morning the morning shift. I came in for an earache and was seen right away however, I was confused as to why I needed labs for something that was obviously an earache (this was partly my fault for going to an ER and not an urgent care). I asked the phlebotomists (who was friendly) if I could speak to the doctor before she drew labs and she agreed. I worked for an ER so I was confused as to why I needed labs for an earache. I asked him why I needed labs and he condescendingly said "This is an emergency room". He also proceed to look at my ear for maybe 1 second total and was like Oh yup that's inflamed. If it was so easy to diagnose why did you feel the need to run an IV on me? He really needs to work on his rapport with his patients. It seemed like he was bothered that he had to answer a question like that isn't part of his job. Any who, would avoid this place. I would hate to see how they treat patients who had an actual emergency

My first ED visit in years for myself and I must say they gave me the best service. On 1/6 I was greeted by the receptionist (friendly helpful and made the paperwork process less stressful); the Nurse Dawn was amazing, caring and I could tell she loved doing what her job and more. Nurse Dawn made sure I had warm blankets and water. It was another lady that started my IV but I can’t remember her name (X ray tech) she was very gentle. She had the manic touch with my veins. She went right in and obtain blood from my princess veins. Dr Sun Nguyen made me feel comfortable. He was very informative and made sure I understand every thing he was explaining to me about my Dx. Dr. Nguyen answered all my questions. I didn’t feel like I was another body being pushed out the ED or pushed to the side. I had to stay over night for observation. They checked on my all night both Dr Nguyen and nurse Dawn. Clinic was clean and sanitized.
This is my second time here and I have been treated kind and prompt by all the staff. Neither time have I had my insurance card but the intake clerk willingly looked it up for me. As a former owner of Thomas Ambulance of Spring, I am familiar with the er's in this area. Thank youtoall of the staff for taking care of me.
I have used this ER a couple of times in years past, before they changed hands, which was good. But, I want to say that my service today was exemplary! From the kind lady at the reception desk, to the sweet clinical technician, to Dr. Patel himself, my experience was the BEST I have ever received in an ER. Very nice people! Professional, understanding, caring and personable. I was seen quickly and my issue resolved. Everyone listens to you and are genuinely concerned about your level of comfort at all times. Dr. Patel is especially a very nice gentleman. He goes the extra mile to help his patients both in the office and then providing information of what you may need at home. They even offered me a covid test (as long as I was there already) and of course I agreed. He, and all his staff are TOP NOTCH! I thank you very much for taking care of my needs. :)
They will ask you for your insurance just till bill you 4000 for barely even doing anything and will wrongfully diagnose you with something.. do not go here unless you want to be in debt. Worse place ever..

They have this sign, and walk ins aren't available and the test for the same day is for $150 its a waste of time.
I have a fellow veteran who was in severe pain he walks in that clinic and they refused his military tricare insurance ( which I don’t think any medical facility can do anymore after the latest bill passed) and was turned away. His pain was so severe even the police officers they have on staff for security offered to give him a police escort to a real medical facility nearby. We are currently looking for a solution. We have a family law firm and we don’t want to see this occurring to veterans or anyone else for that matter. As for the veteran , He ended up getting an immediate surgery and is currently still at the hospital and this was a few days ago.
