Went in with bad stomach pains back on 11.2017. Cant denied the fact they where very nice, very attentive, had ultrasound, had ct done, blood work but dont think its fair to charge my insurance $2000.00.per hour for my care. I just received a bill/collection I still owe them $568.59 and that's not counting the $250.00 I paid when I was discharged. I will not recommend this place!! I will not go back.

Went in with a 10 month old having breathing difficulty during Hurricane Harvey. Staff was in the lobby watching t.v. and the sorry doctor did not even give us a chance to sign in and said they were not equipped and to go to the hospital. Waist of space and they need to be shut down. I really don't want to give the one star. Went to First Choice and was seen, treated, and released within an hour. First Choice was great. I am reporting Cypress Creek ER.

This place helped to save my daughter's life. Really fast service and the nurses and doctors were extremely kind to my family. They even ordered a pizza for us!
Insurance scam. Youre better off visiting a true emergency room.

We have visited twice now, and I have had virtually NO wait time, the front desk staff were friendly and very helpful, and the waiting room was clean. We were taken back quickly and set up with a nurse who pretty much stayed until the doctor came in.
Our first visit was with my daughter for a dislocated elbow, and the doctor there was extremely patient with her (a barely two year old with stranger anxiety AND in a lot of pain) and was able to fix her up in no time. The nurse took my son to go pick out some juice when he saw that he was getting upset by his sister's pain and fear.
My own visit was for abscessed tonsils and they were so fast with treatment! I had scans, steroids and IV fluids and was feeling so much better and out of there within just a couple of hours and had no wait time being seen. That's uncommon even in small towns I've lived in and it was definitely nice!
I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who doesn't have a lot of time or doesn't want to sit in a room packed with other sick people waiting, or just wants a great ER experience. All of the staff is amazing and we will use them again if the need arises.
This was a horrible experience ! It's suppose to be urgent care & it takes Half an hour for them to see you ! Horrible service, wouldn't wish it on MY worst enemy! & after waiting they sent us away to another one that was further. The Nurse man was rude & said that there was only one nurse who was busy but he was there speaking to us. Also told us that we would wait 20-30 wait but we abc do a 15 minute drive to the next city cause there wouldn't be much traffic. Ps there was traffic . My sister said she needed asthma treatment dealing wit this condition for all her life but he said no, they'll be the judge & her wait will be the same regardless. Very unhappy with him & the service .
