Encompass Rehab is a fantastic place for Rehab after major surgery. It runs like a well oiled machine. Everyone knows their job and they are on it. Yet each employee is always available to assist you when you need help. They are always happy and cheerful which makes Rehab a little more fun. Plus the facilities are super nice and clean and even the food was good!

I've never been to rehab but this is my first time here everyone here is very professional and very nice and very kind and helpful I'm not being treated like another patient.
The doctors here also very nice and explains everything so well the whole staff is just awesome I love it here I highly recommend this facility

The staff was professional and courteous. The nurses and techs kept a close eye on my loved one. The therapists were awesome and taught me stretches and exercises to do . One of the Occupational Therapists is Parkinsons certified and is very knowledgeable.

I can not say enough great things about this place and the staff that is there. I had a TNR and was to spend one night in the hospital. To my surprise on the next day I was sent to Encompass Health for rehab. This was Quite a shock and a surprise for I had my left knee done a year ago and had no issues went home the next morning. Right knee, different story. I had several different nurses, nurses tech, doctors, OT & PT Therapist which was all great, I would like to recognize a couple of them who really touched my heart. Grace, Sharon, Chip, Imee, so kind and caring. Naana, Tiffany, Wenie, & Shayla. Best nurse techs ever! But... if it wasn't for Opal & Aisa, I wouldn't be where I am today in being able to walk ! There is so much I want to say about these two. They were kind and gentle when needed to be and forceful on the other hand if needed to be. We laughed and joked around to help break up the painful exercise that was being done at that time. Both are very knowledgeable at what they do. I sure am going to miss every single one who had to do with my care.

We came to Encompass Katy after my father suffered a traumatic brain injury, and I honestly don’t know where we would be without this team. Dr. Lin is patient, honest, compassionate, and always willing to listen. He manages my father’s pain thoughtfully, adapts therapy to his needs, and brings moments of laughter even on the hardest days, which has meant the world to me. The therapists are equally incredible - dedicated, patient, and full of warmth. I truly cannot thank them enough. The smiles, hugs, and high-fives throughout this facility have brought so much light during a very difficult time. My father’s care has involved unique and significant needs, yet the entire Encompass Katy team met every challenge with skill and heart. Their support didn’t just guide his early recovery; it truly saved me as well. I am forever grateful to everyone here.

I cannot recommend Encompass Rehabilitation Hospital Katy highly enough. My entire stay was truly exceptional, and the level of care and respect I received from every single person I encountered was nothing short of amazing.

From the moment I arrived until my discharge, the nurses, nurse techs, and all my dedicated therapists treated me with profound respect and genuine care. They consistently went above and beyond, ensuring my comfort and progress every step of the way. It truly felt like a collaborative effort, and their compassion made a massive difference in my recovery.

A special note of praise must go to Dr. Kim. He is an outstanding physician who listened intently to everything I said. He took the time to speak to me like a person, not just a patient, making me feel heard and valued in my own treatment plan.

If you or a loved one needs rehabilitation services, please look no further. I give Encompass Rehabilitation Hospital Katy a five-star recommendation for any rehabilitation needs you might have. They are the absolute best!

The experience was very professional and the caregivers were courteous and very efficient in my rehabilitation. The doctors on staff were more than great and informative. LOL I even gained a pound or two because the chef 👩‍🍳 prepared great dinning 🍽. I was very comfortable and pleased with my stay at your facility. The cleanest at the facility was well received. Thank you for caring for me.

I am not sure where to begin with the amazing care I received. The entire staff was amazing. Their prompt response to calls could not be beat. You would think they were sitting outside your door. The PT folks are well quifiled, patient, and caring. You would think you are not in a hospital with the quality of the food. And it was always quite warm. The office staff would always listen to your needs and concerns. The Doctors and nurses listened to all your needs and concerns attentively. I have no complaints.
I WAS THERE TWICE.IF NECESSARY I WOULD GO BACK WITHOUT QUESTION!

The staff which would include doctors physical therapist occupational therapist nurses assistance were all so amazing. They were compassionate to everyone in the facility not just myself. Ms Natalie is the real superstar at that place she is a wonderful patient advocate. My experience was short very short of amazing I can't say enough good things about there if I ever have to do go back to a rehabilitation center I would definitely go back there

I loved everything about Encompass (except being away from family). The PT and OT team were amazing!! Along with the nurses and doctors!! They treated everyone with compassion and as though we were family. The food was really good and the rooms were spacious and kept really clean. Thank you to everyone at Encompass for helping me gain the strength to be successful with my recovery.
