Richard was a great sales rep and was very clear with the details of my new Mazda. He was knowledgeable and no hassle easy process.
Finance manager Jerry was great and took time with me as well. Highly recommend this place surprised they were able to finance me as well. Very nice quality cars.

My husband and I had an awesome experience at Fincher’s Texas Best. They had the truck we were looking for at a very reasonable walk out price. Cristina, our sales person, was very friendly, professional and competent through the whole sales process. Everyone we dealt with at Fincher’s was helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this establishment for car buying needs. They are top notch! And have extremely fair prices.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience with Texas best auto. Christina was my salesperson and she was very pleasant to deal with. She walked me through my car buying experience every step of the way. I am from Florida and purchased the car from out of state. Although I was nervous about the long distance transaction she delivered a neat clean well maintained vehicle. This could have been a bad experience but they were honest about the vehicle’s condition and produced very satisfying results. Big hooray for great service.

I was looking for a truck and after almost a month of searching I found one here. I am from Mississippi and I also work 48 hour shifts as a paramedic. Emmanuel held the truck for me until I could make it to the dealership. I drove it home yesterday. Best looking truck I’ve ever owned. These guys were great.

I had the pleasure of purchasing a bad *** new truck from the fine folks at Fincher's. The process was smooth, price was right, and they even assisted me in getting the best deal for my trade (which happened to be outside of their dealership!). The whole process was stress free, and they worked with me to get it done quickly. Marc Martinez, my salesman, was even nice enough to go grab me lunch while I waited for financing to come through. They also have detailing and painting on site, so they can fix any dings on used cars and leave you with a pristine new ride. I couldn't have wished for a better experience.

Really had a great experience there. Took a little long but just because they were actually trying to get us the best deal possible. Lupe was our salesperson and he did a great job! The manager and finance guy also took very good care of us! Super reasonably priced! Our truck needed an alignment and they did it a few days later for free. I will definitely recommend this place to people, and will be back in about 2 years to buy my new car!

I brought a Lexus GS 350 today from this dealership. I had some special circumstance with paperwork and they were more than willing to work around those issues. Everyone from the Sales Manager, Finance Manager, and Sales Rep were outstanding making this hands down one of the easiest car buying processes I have ever experience and I have experienced a few. They have no haggle pricing which I like to call it. They mark the cars down very low you can take all the guess work out on negotiating a deal you are definitely getting the best deal in Texas. I have looked around for a while and they by far had the best prices. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to by a car in Houston or the surrounding areas. I traveled 3 1/2 hours from San Antonio and it was worth the drive. I will be recommending all of my colleagues. Thanks again guys for the fantastic job and customer service!

This was hands down the best car purchase experience I've had. Eddie was friendly on the phone but I'm always skeptical of doing a distance transaction (I live in Austin). He got me financing, gave me a good deal on my trade in, changed the tires on the car (one was was punctured and one had a plug), took a test drive with me, had the car ready for me, and had a seamless financing process set up for me. This dealership is worth the drive from another city. Their prices are low because their real estate is off the highway outside of downtown Houston, so their overhead is low and they are very efficient, so do not be skeptical of the price (I was). I'll be referring Eddie to all my friends and will call him next time I need a car.
