Where do I start! I do NOT recommend this shop, especially for AC issues. After dropping off my vehicle for a REPEAT AC failure, we experienced weeks of radio silence, unreturned calls, and rude management. We had to pay a massive labor bill out-of-pocket for their botched initial diagnostic. It was a mess! They rather cut corners in the beginning than take care
of the bigger problem (yes that 15hr job they didn’t want to work on initially). So keep in mind if you go here communication will likely be entirely nonexistent. So save yourself the headache and go elsewhere, there are other places where people don’t cut corners and are honest about their work.

My service coordinator Angel is always on top of things. He's always polite, knowledgeable, and he and your mechanics work together like a fine oiled machine. I won't take my car anywhere else.

Really the only negative experience is the fact the dealer kept my vehicle almost three weeks without telling me about loaner vehicles… it was a big inconvenience. Loaner vehicles should be automatically provided when vehicles are kept more than three days…. This is the second time this has happened. I brought my vehicle in previously and it was kept over two weeks

Job well done! Highly satisfied with every single detail done to my Cadillac CT5. Down to the hand painted pinstripe and all. Would highly recommend to anyone needing collision and body work done right! 🤗 Clara is the best she helped so much along the entire process!

My salesman was Alejandro. He did a really good job making us feel important and valued. He helped us transfer our personal items from the old to the new car.

We agreed on a price for a particular vehicle via SMS text. That saved a lot of time.

We even agreed on a value for my trade-in fairly quickly, too (after I arrived at the dealership).

I would have been in and out in maybe 90 minutes, but the finance department was backed up (lots of deals closing), so we were there about 3 hours.

We went in for an oil change on our Traverse.
Despite having a 3:30 appointment & didn't get out of the dealers until after 5:30. Not only did we wait 2 hours for a basic oil change, we paid $126 for it. On the same day, a friend who has the same vehicle went to Walmart, waited about 30 minutes and only paid $72. So honestly, the fact our economy is what it is, the fact time is $$, I'm unsure I can continue to support our local dealers.

I purchased my truck Gay Buick and GMC in January. I just had my first free service, an oil change, and am very pleased. They completed the service in a timely manner and returned my vehicle to me within an hour. I’ll be back for any service needed.

Absolutely amazing service department. Everyone was very nice. I took my car there for recall work and it was a flawless interaction from dropping my car off to the shuttle they offer to get you to work or home within 20 miles. Then picking up my car was super easy too, and it was in the exact condition as when I dropped it off to them. 10/10 recommend Gay Buick GMC Service!
