I was at Texas Insurance Agency today to get my address and correct the date of birth of my wife updated but couldn’t find my account under their agency but Angela who was at the desk was very helpful and went all out to help me get the address and DOB updated and also added my account on their profile…..Keep up the great work Angela, you are a true asset to the company….Stay blessed…….She went that extra mile and confirmed with my insurance company if the changes are reflecting at their end on the their system and they confirmed to her that the changes are reflecting in the system and will take 24hrs for it to reflect on the portal so she was very kind to call back and share this information with me…….All your efforts are much appreciated Angela……Keep it up 👍
