OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE — TWICE!!!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Lee Hobson at Group 1 Buick GMC North! Lee has now had the privilege of helping both of our children purchase their very first vehicles, which makes him pretty special to our family.

Back in February, Lee helped our son purchase his first truck, and the experience was so great that when it was time for our daughter to purchase her first car, we knew exactly who we wanted to work with. Lee once again went above and beyond, and this time our daughter drove away in her very first car right off the showroom floor! Seeing her excitement made the experience even more memorable.

Lee is professional, knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely cares about making sure his customers are happy. He made both of these major milestones for our children feel special, and as parents, that meant so much to us.

We also have to recognize our Finance Manager, Hector Rincon. Hector was absolutely AMAZING! He was incredibly patient, took his time with us, answered our questions, and never made us feel rushed. His professionalism and kindness were truly appreciated.

From Lee in sales, his sales manager, to Hector in finance, our experience with Group 1 Buick GMC North was exceptional from beginning to end. You don’t just remember the vehicle you remember the people who helped make the moment special.

We bought a GMC and are very grateful to the Service and Parts team.
We encountered an issue early on, and they were incredibly professional and dedicated, always available to help us resolve the situation.
I want to thank Adrian, who guided us; he was empathetic throughout the process and put us at ease.
I returned other day for oil change and Adrian helped us once again always with professionalism and empathy.

I had a great experience working with Lovish, the finance manager, John, the salesperson, and the fleet manager. They were all professional, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. Lovish took the time to explain the financing clearly and made sure I understood my options. John was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the sales process smooth without making me feel pressured. The fleet manager was also very helpful and made sure everything was handled properly. I truly appreciate their teamwork, great customer service, and dedication to helping me. Johnathan (service) and John Ivanic are always pleasant and make sure my SUV is superb to my satisfaction. This is my third Yukon Denali purchase with John. Love doing business with this dealer . I bought 2026 GMC Yukon AT4 . First I had minor issue with the Vehicle and I report it to manager .
Manager and entire crew was very helpful and they offer me to fix the issue which I decline the repair since it was brand new vehicle.
At the end Manager was helpful enough to replace me with even better upgraded Yukon with same price .
I do really appreciated the help . At the end I walked out from there Smiling .

Sales person Corey was awesome .
