Mr. Jose Rivera truly took his time to help me register for classes. He was knowledgeable and patient with me. He went over the anticipated time limit, but he never rushed me. He made sure I understood everything and assisted me when I didn’t know how to access things. He was wonderful.

The last 2 years I’ve had the pleasure of studying at Touro for my master program, for teaching students with disabilities. Each semester I make sure I make an appointment with Cristina Lanks before I choose my classes. She is extremely helpful and guides me throughout each step of choosing my classes. She works with me and my schedule deciding what works best for me and what classes are available. She is able to give me great advice and feedback while helping me with any Touro related questions. She is a great advisor and I can’t express that enough!

I had the pleasure of working with Cristina Lanks from Touro, and she has been extremely helpful. She took the time to carefully review my educational history and provided clear guidance on the best route for me to take to become certified. Cristina also explained the process of obtaining an extension to teach older grades, which was incredibly valuable information since I’m not currently working in a school and was unfamiliar with the steps required to enter the education system. On top of that, she responds promptly and makes the process feel much less overwhelming. I’m so glad I was able to connect with her!!
