Did not know what to expect, and certainly did not realize how profound my hearing loss was when diagnosed. Dr. Escobar has walked me through the entire journey, and I am now hearing approximately what others are hearing. It has been pretty unbelievable!

She was very friendly and listened to all my concerns and made adjustments to correct the problems. One she could not fix so she sent the hearing aids back to have checked.
