Sarai was so kind, courteous and professional. She took her time to help me and never made me feel like she was trying to rush me off the phone, which I greatly appreciated.

I just got off the phone with Andrei who gave me the best experience of customer service ever! Getting quotes over the phone are quiet nerve wracking for me because it's all number talk and speed running to the quote, but Andrei took his time explaining to me what every policy was for and how they work. Many of them I didn't know what they were for until today. He answered many of my questions with a calm and professional manner. I am extremely pleased with today's experience.

Everyone in that office is super friendly! As soon as I came in I was greeted with a smile and offered a beverage. I worked with Estefania to get some quotes for auto and she then also gave me more information regarding life insurance. I had no prior knowledge in life insurance but she made it very easy to understand and educated me on the benefits. She was a delight to speak with! Highly recommend this office!

I just wanted to say how great Genesis was in helping me get my policy reinstated. I didn’t even realize it had lapsed due to a payment issue, but she called me, explained everything clearly, and walked me through the process to get it all sorted out. She was super patient, kind, and easy to talk to, which made the whole thing way less stressful. Really appreciate her taking the time to help and making sure everything got handled right.
