Dealing with insurance agents has gotten worse than going to the dentist. Until I spoke with Lisa Lasris. She was fantastic from start to finish. Excellent customer service and great pricing. Took the time to personalize the quote to my needs. I highly recommend Lisa after my experience! Thank you again for the help.

But since the time I have shifted to James Watley, my worries are over. He has a wonderful team.

I have been with StateFarm for over 25 years and my agent Lisa Lasris has been nothing short of wonderful. Her follow-through is exceptional, communication is clear, and she is always on top of everything. Whether it’s auto or home insurance, I’ve always felt supported and well taken care of.
She is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely look out for her clients. It’s rare to find consistency and reliability for this long, but she and StateFarm have earned my trust year after year. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for insurance you can truly count on.

I've known Jim & his team for over 20 years. Very professional. Casey is always on top of things. Yes they are State Farm but I feel like I am talking to a small mom n pop business and the customer service is exceptional. They will give you the best rates possible. I am not sure if they are the lowest or not, but in the long run it's worth sticking with James especially when you need insurance the most. Thanks to Jim and Casey and Jonna !!
