Very poor communication and unprofessional. Assistant "JP Puente" said they were grabbing the keys and getting photos for me and never responded again after that. Via sms messages

Worst car servicing experience I’ve ever had. Very unprofessional service agents, a routine service took up to 3 days to complete, and communication is deplorable. This is not the service expected for a luxury brand. Highly recommend going to Land Rover North instead.

This is review is long over due. I had my car serviced here in November 2022. They changed some rubber gauges and did something that messed up my radiator. It continuously leaks fluid or runs low on fluid. It goes from coolant level low to add coolant. This truck never ever once gave me any issues. Never any lights or indicators of any kind. And now It’s been in and out of the shop no less than 20 times. The issue is still ongoing and has been a complete nightmare. I could go into a deep review and give names and details but it’s not worth it. I’m tired at this point.I give up. 😩🥲😡
