Alyssa was amazing! I called around for hours looking for the best rate I could find on auto insurance and I wish I had called Mike Powell first, it would've saved me so much time! I enjoyed the help I received from Diane. She explained and helped me understand my coverages on my policy. She took the time to inform me of each coverage and what it does. I had never in all my years had someone that didn’t mind all the questions I had simply because I didn’t truly understand. I highly recommend Mike Powell Insurance and ask for Diane. I contacted Mike Powell insurance by email to ask for a quote for auto and home coverages. I got a very quick response from Alyssa but the home coverage was not exactly what I had wanted. She immediately got back to me with a revised quote. My choice was to communicate by email. I requested several quotes for different levels of coverage and she was quick with a response for every question we had, and very patient over several days. On top of that, she found us coverage that was better than what we had and much less expensive.
We decided to go into the office and complete the process face to face. I can tell you that Alyssa is professional, knowledgeable, well organized, and polite. This is the best experience I've ever had buying insurance.

I have had auto insurance with Mike Powell Insurance Agency for years and have always been very satisfied. Everyone there is always courteous and professional. I had my home insurance through another agency and my rate went up substantially. I decided to shop around and once again Mike Powell came through for me. Amanda (Mandi) El Sharif was so helpful. She was able to get me covered for both auto and home and saved me a lot of money. She explained things to me in a way that helped me understand and make a decision I could feel very good about. She never rushed me or pushed in anyway. She was very courteous and helpful. I highly recommend them for your insurance needs.
