James is simply the BEST! My first realtor from NY, who I consider to be one of the best agents in NYC, recommended James to me when I told her I was interested in getting a house in Fort Lee, NJ. I could tell that James is a genuinely caring person when I reached out to him a few days after the closing when the a/c in the house suddenly stopped working. He contacted a couple a/c repair technicians whom he knew well, because they came to the house to fix the a/c during their off hours on the day-of (during this peak season of mid-July). James also stopped by the house a number of times, despite his busy schedule, to check on us and the technicians to make sure that we all understand what the problem is and how to go about it. I, as a young homeowner, without much support from family since they all live so faraway, James has been God sent! I love him to pieces, and I am SO grateful to have worked with him and have him in my life!
