I had an outstanding experience purchasing my Porsche Cayenne Coupe from Porsche River Oaks, and I can’t recommend Maxim highly enough. From the very beginning, he was professional, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process.

He took the time to answer all of my questions, never pressured me into making a decision, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. His knowledge of the vehicle and attention to detail gave me a lot of confidence in my purchase.

What impressed me the most was how incredibly kind he was with my 7-year-old son. Maxim spent more than 30 minutes giving him a tour of the Porsche showroom, showing him different cars, and patiently answering what must have been a thousand questions. He made my son feel truly special, and it’s a memory he will never forget. That level of kindness and genuine care is something you simply don’t see every day.

Maxim went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and enjoyable, and his honesty and professionalism truly stood out. Buying a car can be stressful, but he made it an exciting and memorable experience for our whole family.

Horrible experience buying from these people. Dishonest, liars, I would never recommend them and I will never purchase a vehicle from them again.

I recently had my rim repaired. I continue to be disappointed with my experience at Porsche River Oaks.

I brought my vehicle in for a simple wheel repair that I was told would take about two days. The process started off poorly. When I dropped off my vehicle, there was no paperwork, no receipt, and no confirmation that I had even turned my keys over to anyone. It wasn’t until 30 minutes to an hour later that I finally received a few automated text messages.

From there, communication only got worse. What was supposed to be a two day repair stretched into nearly a week. The online status tracker was never updated correctly and continued to show that the dealership was waiting on parts, even after the repair had apparently been completed.

When I emailed my service advisor for an update, the response was vague and confusing. He never clearly stated that my vehicle was ready. Instead, I received a message that I had to interpret on my own. Only after following up again a day later asking where my car was did he respond by saying, “I told you it was ready.” That simply wasn’t true. His email never clearly communicated that, and customers shouldn’t have to read between the lines or decipher service jargon to know when their vehicle is ready.

Unfortunately, this isn’t my first negative experience with Porsche River Oaks. During the purchase of my vehicle, I was explicitly told my credit would not be run because I had already secured financing through my own bank. Despite that assurance, my credit was run anyway.

For a luxury brand like Porsche, I expect professionalism, communication, and attention to detail. Instead, I’ve experienced poor communication, lack of accountability, and customer service that falls far below the standard a Porsche dealership should provide. Based on my experiences with both sales and service, I cannot recommend Porsche River Oaks.

My family have purchased cars from Mike Maidenberg for more than a decade. He has always been exceptional. Professional and reasonable. Many dealerships (90% of them) are pushy salesmen trying to sell you a car TODAY. not Porsche river oaks, specifically never with Mike. Highly recommend this dealership and specifically Mike. He will take care of you. As for the dealership itself, they always have beautiful porsche’s and other selections, have great snacks, and offer free car wash service with the purchase of a porsche. The building is beautiful and is always a great feeling coming in for whatever reason it need be. Staff have all been nothing short of great, just an overall well run dealership that makes you look forward to coming in for a carwash or to buy a car!

A major repair that was under warranty was fixed. David, the service team member I've always worked with has consistently provided excellent customer service. He communicated clearly throughout my major repair, coordinated shuttle service and vehicle pickup, and made the entire process as smooth as possible. While I wish a loaner had been available, David did everything he could to make the experience convenient. Unfortunately, I find myself at the service center more often than I’d like because my car has needed frequent repairs, but one positive is having a service advisor like David who is knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cares about his customers. Thank you, David, for your professionalism and support!

I can tell you, firsthand, they absolutely take care of you after the sale. The finance and service department coordinated during an emergency I had and I did not have to wait long to get the answers I needed. Thank you, Dawn Villarreal, finance manager and thank you, Cameron in service for working together and working so expeditiously during my emergency.
Again, I would wholeheartedly recommend this top-tier establishment for your next vehicle.

Hands down, one of the BEST car buying experiences EVER!

Dawn Villarreal, their Business Manager, was amazing! (But she is/does SO much more!) I’m familiar with the brand, Dawn was instrumental in protecting my newly acquired asset and all I would need. Dawn is very pet friendly, so bring your fur-baby when you come in!
Anderson was very welcoming and also assisted the process along. Behind Anderson sits a fully stocked coffee bar with the most delectable chocolates.
To my surprise, my dream car was made a reality and waiting for me, with a personalized V.I.P. tag! From the moment we walked in, I was the apple of their eye, everyone knew me.
My husband & I were welcomed into the family!
These key individuals are the warmest, most sincere brand representatives.

We all know Reps. either make or break companies. Porsche River Oaks is the best because they have the BEST! I highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle here. This is our car merchant for life, our expectations were exceeded and surpassed, honestly.

First class service at Porsche River Oaks where we purchased this pre-owned Lincoln Nautilus. Mo Ali handled our questions with ease and professionalism and Dawn Villarreal was efficient at the business end of the deal while being very much enjoyable to talk with. While we weren't in the market this time for a Porsche, they have a beautiful inventory and a comfortable, pleasant facility in which to check out their selection.

The customer service was the best I’ve ever had. I’ve bought from many dealers both domestic and luxury. By far the easiest, friendliest and quickest deal.

My sales person, Elvin Flores, was exceptional. I’d been watching their site for a Carerra T to be in stock. Called the dealership to see about a deposit, and within 5 minutes Elvin not only texted me the build sheets on the two they had but went and did a walk around video. All for a random phone call. He didn’t know if I was serious or not, but treated me like a long time client anyway.

Needless to say, the wife and I re-arranged our day and instead of just placing a deposit by phone, we went in and bought it.

The whole process was smooth, and the attention they paid to me going over the car, features etc was the best I’ve ever experienced!

Oh, and lifetime hand car washes….

Update - Had the ceramic coating and tint done yesterday. The service was great again, and they completed the job the same day, Elvin again had my back with coordinating the installs and keeping me up to date on what was getting done and when to expect it.

He even offered to extend the loaner by a few hours if I wanted to avoid driving in the rain!

Update #2
After 2 seperate instances of tires picking trash, Service knocked it out of the park both times. Between roadside coordination on one, and next accommodating a last minute leaking tire, they’ve been flexible, timely and professional.

Not to mention actually having in stock these weird sized Pirellis!

Disappointed. Mr. Jon did a great job working on the best deal for my Ford explorer. He wanted to have the car cleaned for us because it is a used vehicle, had some stains from the previous owner. We decided to leave eat and come back after it was ready, about an hour. We came back and came to see the car had only been washed on the outside trash, stains and some more trash from the "cleaner" were still in the car. I'm really disappointed ☹️ I can't even show off my New used car because it was still trashed from the dealership. It really makes me feel like, since I didn't get a Porsche the cleaning crew thought my car was less than. I went to the emergency room same day and still cannot clean my car, not proud to say I bought my car from Porsche. Mr Jon was disappointed that this was done and tried to have us come back but we live an hour away, I had my kids who were tired and waited all day. So yay I got a car but I can't be proud to show it off until after I recover and clean my new used not a Porsche car. We will not recommend or send any friends that way to get any new or used cars since all cars are not treated equally. Sorry Mr Jon. Also our headlight, and break light were out and we didn't realize until after we purchased the vehicle. Porsche I recommend cleaning the cars before putting the vehicle up for sale. It's embarrassing for the sales team.
