A major repair that was under warranty was fixed. David, the service team member I've always worked with has consistently provided excellent customer service. He communicated clearly throughout my major repair, coordinated shuttle service and vehicle pickup, and made the entire process as smooth as possible. While I wish a loaner had been available, David did everything he could to make the experience convenient. Unfortunately, I find myself at the service center more often than I’d like because my car has needed frequent repairs, but one positive is having a service advisor like David who is knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cares about his customers.
