Steve was thorough, and made what can be complicated in the insurance world easy to understand. He listened and understood my needs and provided great options which are saving me money while still giving me access to great care. Steve Wendlandt, owner of Selected Benefits has been an absolute Godsend for me. I suffered a devastating injury in 2020, which spawned numerous health problems. I struggled to find insurance, that I could afford, to cover the numerous surgeries that I was facing. A friend referred Steve, and he navigated me through the confusing world of health insurance coverage. With his help, I found coverage that was affordable and covered the numerous surgeries I needed. Have been using Steve and Selected Benefits for almost 5 years. Steve has been awesome to work with--very knowledgeable about ACA options, answers my questions in an easy to understand way, makes recommendations as to what makes most sense based on my specific situation. I highly recommend him to anyone or organization that is exploring insurance options.
My second time signed up with Mr. Steve Wendlant. He’s super nice, courteous, very thorough and explained the policy well. he’s very honest and patient when explaining the policy to me. Steve is also very knowledge about insurance policy, not like my previous agent. Honestly, I was very lucky to have met such a wonderful insurance agent like Steve!

Steve is the most awesome person on the planet!!! He’s helped me and my husband during a crazy time and never once complained. Steve was incredibly helpful when I was choosing my health insurance plan through the marketplace. He was always available to answer any questions I had and was very knowledgeable about the various insurance companies and policies. I am extremely grateful for Steve’s assistance and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs help with health insurance.

Steve at Selected Benefits has been a life-saver for the past year! We'd never had to buy insurance independently before 2020 and did not even know folks like Steve and Phil existed; but we are so glad they do! Steve has helped us obtain and then renew our insurance multiple times as we've been transiting professionally. And we hope that Phil will help set up corporate insurance as our business grows.
