My dad and I went to visit Richard when we needed my A/C fixed in our Volvo S60. The service was wonderful and you can tell that he has a true passion for the work he does on Volvos. He is professional and truly a nice guy with talent. The service was reliable and exceptional. 10/10

PVS is one of the best local shops in town from custom service that Richard and Ed provides is unparalleled they treat you like family.
My Volvo Has never run better and even feels brand new it’s a 2012 with 130,000 miles on it I plan to run it to the ground with Ed and Richard help 😂.. but in all serious you can trust either one of these guys to step in and get the job done! Go see Ed or Richard and I promise you your Volvo will run as good as new.

Richard and his team at PVS are the absolute best! After receiving sub-par and overpriced service at area Volvo dealerships, we thankfully stumbled upon PVS and now will never take our beloved Volvo anywhere else! We have been clients for years, and Richard has treated us with the utmost respect and kindness on every single visit. His knowledge of the ins and outs of the particularities of Volvos is invaluable. He never tries to push unnecessary work, and his prices are fair even though his service far exceeds the dealerships. His shop is clear on the other side of town from us, and even though it is very inconvenient, we happily make the long drive for every service because Rich is simply the best. All this to say, we can't recommend PVS highly enough!

After having a pretty terrible experience at a different mechanic, I brought both my Volvos to Richard and would not bring my cars anywhere else moving forward. He walked me through his shop to let me see the work he was doing on my vehicle and then I got to take a look at the engine of his own personal Volvo and it is quite clear that not only does he love what he does but he puts the quality and craftsmanship into others cars as if they were his own. 10 out of 10 would reccomend.

Hey Volvo people- you found the right place!!! Rich and his team are the Volvo experts you have been looking for. Honest work, fair pricing, integrity and just nice people at PVS. Volvos just about run forever on their own, but Rich can make them run even better and even longer. He took care of my daily driver XC70 for years, services my daughter’s Volvo for routine maintenance, and is the only person I let work on my 1965 P1800S.

The service at Bosch Car Service was outstanding! I had a fault with my electrical system which the normal Volvo dealer was not able to accurately diagnose or fix. When I brought my car to Rich, he was able to quickly see the root cause of the problem and presented a relatively quick and inexpensive solution. The difference here seemed to be decades of experience working only on Volvo cars. Bosch will be my go-to place in the future for all of my Volvo servicing needs
I have been bringing all of our family's Volvos (5) to Richard Polk and his staff for the past 18 years. Continuing a tradition established by his father Mike, Richard maintains a professional and top notch Volvo repair shop. He and his staff's expert knowledge of the Volvo platform has always given me confidence in his analysis of our car's problem and the recommended repair. I would recommend Richard and PVS to any one looking for a place to bring their Volvo in for repair or maintenance. The job will be done correctly and at a fair price. PVS stands by their work!!!
Richard and his crew are top notch! His knowledge of all things Volvo is second to none! Richard will take the time to give your Volvo the service it requires and nothing more. He's not out to sell you unneeded parts and bill you for unnecessary labor as some dealerships will do. I will not take my car to anyone else for care and service.

PVS is the most honest shop in town. Richard is a straight shooter he always tells you the truth even if it is not what you want to hear. He has repaired my car many time and I have never had a problem with any of the parts or repairs. If you want a fair reliable Volvo shop use PVS.
Richard is a very honest, pleasant person to deal with. PVS is not the cheapest in town and that's okay with me. You get what you pay for. Richard is never looking to cut corners, makes honest recommendations and stands behind the quality of their workmanship.
We've dealt with Professional Volvo for many years and I would NEVER have anyone else work on our Volvos. At one point, we had four Volvos at once (we're down to one now) that we bought from Professional Volvo and had them service as well.
