I had an oil change, before a trip and when I returned my oil was pitch black, the I noticed that they had lost my oil cap. I was upset. I don’t think they replace my oil and lost my oil cap. Poor service! No refund or offer to change my oil, after all the oil was supposedly changed by them. Lousy service. I’m never taking my truck, my wife’s car or my son’s car there again!

I realize that Beasley is highly respected locally, but I had a bad experience. Brought my Nissan in for an alignment. No change. Took it back the next day: No change. Asked for a refund, but was talked into allowing a third attempt at the alignment. Still, no change. I realize that front suspension is complicated but why not just admit you’re unable to align the car so that I can get on with my life. I was never offered a refund; only wasted time and an unchanged car. Fast forward six weeks as I’m getting ready to change my brake pads; I can’t find my wheel lock. They had kept it. Thankfully it was there when I went back today. The people are nice and mean well, but mine was not an acceptable experience.

Great place to get tires and alignment. Beat the wait and the cost. Friendly staff and techs. Had to go back for a small readjustment for the alignment but immediately got it fixed with no problems. P.s. I'm suuuper picky on my alignments, I will definitely go back for the next one.

Went into shop to have my truck looked at due to broken part issues . Did receive a full report with excellent quick customer service . I didn’t have to wait all day .
Beasley service moves pretty fast with a full report and gets the job done and with honestly.

Clean lobby as well having toys for families with small children while waiting in lobby.

However I did purchase new tires & new battery. 100. %. Satisfied.

I visited Beasley Tire Shop at the end of February and paid $610.92 for repairs. However, not all the work could be completed due to missing parts for my windows. I specifically asked to be charged for everything upfront so I could return for completion without hassle. The owner's son, Ray, assured me he would install the parts at my home. Despite being told the parts were in and Ray would come by, a month passed without contact. When I attempted to schedule the completion, I discovered Ray no longer worked there, yet this was not communicated to me. Upon returning to the shop, I was met with unprofessionalism and accusations of dishonesty from the owner. Despite having already paid, I was asked to pay again and subjected to disrespectful treatment. This behavior is unacceptable, and I will not be returning to Beasley Tire Shop. Taylor thank you for being so kind and understanding. The owner can definitely learn a thing or two from you about customer service. Especially dealing with a woman. The owner needs to learn how to separate personal and business because whatever happened between him and his son had nothing to do with me.

Recently I needed a new front passenger tire. I could've gone to a place I frequented before but, I chose a place closer to my job Beasley Tire off 59N in Houston Texas. As soon as I stepped in the front door I was greeted by a representative who's first question was "How can we help you"? From then on Roberto the salesman helping me asked me a ton of questions to find out information needed to give me the Best possible choices. I asked him about an alignment so, he offered the shop to inspect my truck to see what was needed to get this done. Not only did I get informed about a serious issue with my truck but, there was no Charge for the inspection. Roberto gave me a Great deal for the tire and instalation better than the competition. Once I get some repairs done I will be back for another tire. They offer Public and Commercial services. I Highly recommend them.

I called to see if they have my tires in stock, they didn't. But instantly offered to order them in (which is only 2 hour wait) Got me right in and out! Couldn't be happier.

Glad I found this shop! They helped me tremendously by assembling 4 struts for me. My spring compressor laughed at me when I attempted to assemble them. Beasley's took care of me without any concerns. The service was fast and reasonably priced. No gouging at all. I will definitely be back with future work. Strongly recommend!

I had the best experience here ever, just priceless. From the time you walk in the door you are greeted with a welcoming greeting. They listen to what you say and give you honest, truthful response. No over talking or trying to make you think more is wrong with your vehicle then what it is.
Once you turn your keys over and your vehicle is being serviced, you are informed about the service needed and service not needed.
The warmth of service here is priceless.
Being a woman it's hard finding a mechanic shop that is really here to help you maintain your vehicle and not get over on you. I have found my heavenly on earth mechanic shop and I'm telling all I know.
