I have been a loyal Nissan customer since 2001, but my experience with this dealership has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.
I purchased a brand-new 2022 Nissan Rogue, and after only one year, it needed a brand-new engine. My vehicle sat in the shop for nearly five months, and at one point I was even told I might have to pay out of pocket. After finally getting it back, the Engine Malfunction light continued to come on. Since then, my Rogue has been back in the shop multiple times, and now the CVT warning light continues to appear as well.
One of the most frustrating parts was being told there were no loaner vehicles available. After speaking with my warranty company and another Nissan dealership, I learned my warranty covered a rental through Enterprise the entire time. Yet no one at this dealership offered that option. Then, on my most recent visit, a rental vehicle suddenly became available. Interesting.
The explanations kept changing. First, I was told an AutoZone battery caused the issue, so I replaced it with a genuine Nissan battery. The problem came right back. Then I was told it was my blind spot sensor. After paying for a transmission flush, the warning lights returned within a week. It felt like they were guessing instead of actually fixing the problem.
The customer service was just as disappointing. Calls went unanswered, I was given the wrong towing number, and I spent over a week trying to get copies of my paperwork. When I tried speaking with the dealership manager, I was told I would have to wait because he was in a payroll meeting. Not once did anyone apologize for the inconvenience or acknowledge the frustration this has caused.
The only people who genuinely tried to help were Mr. Brandon in service and Mr. Calvin, the salesman. I truly appreciate their efforts.
I’ve even had my father and brother come with me to get answers, but nothing changed. When Nissan Corporate has to send engineers to inspect a vehicle, that should be a sign something is seriously wrong. Instead of standing behind the product they sold, I was left feeling like, “We have your money, now it’s your problem.”
I have completely lost confidence in this vehicle and this dealership. After being a loyal customer for over 20 years, I never expected to be treated this way. I would never purchase another vehicle from this dealership, and I encourage anyone looking for a Nissan to take their business elsewhere.

I had a very bad experience at this dealership. I bought a car that had no issues when I test-drove it prior to the purchase; however, as soon as I drove it off the lot, a warning light came on that wouldn't turn off. I notified the salesperson, but he stopped responding to me. A few days passed, and he finally reached out after I posted a negative review. He told me to come in so they could fix the problem. I reminded him about the warning light that was still on, and he told me he needed to check if I had an extended warranty to cover the costs, suggesting I ask at the car's original dealership to see what they would say. I said, "Okay, I'll let you know." I got into my car, and five minutes later, I received a phone call. I answered, and they told me, "Come back—your car is under warranty." I returned to the dealership and went to the service department. I told them, "Salesperson X sent me here; I bought this car two weeks ago, and this warning light is on. I need you to check it." A guy named "Camari" told me, "The diagnostic takes 3 or 4 hours." I replied, "I'll wait for a while; if you need more than two hours, let me know." About an hour later, the same person came back and told me, "Take your car to the corresponding dealership—it's under warranty there, and that way you won't have to pay out of your own pocket." I said, "Okay," though in the back of my mind I thought, "I bought the car *here*, and I'm still within the 30-day window in case I want to return it or something goes wrong." In short, I took the car to its original dealership, where they told me the damage was likely caused by a battery replacement, and the repair cost would be $709.00. The warranty didn't cover it. However, this dealership—Tom Peacock Nissan—didn't have the decency to reimburse me for the money I paid, even though they should have resolved the problem themselves the very first moment I notified them about it. What they told me was that I should have brought the car back to *them* to fix it—as if it wasn't already their responsibility to fix it! I bought the car on May 2nd; I notified them on May 4th; I took it in for service on May 14th; and on May 27th, I went back to get a refund, but they refused, claiming I should have returned to *them* to have the repairs done—yet Camari hadn't been capable of simply telling me, "Come back here." I took the car in to get it fixed—what terrible service! Let this serve as a warning to others so they don't get ripped off, because this is nothing short of robbery. for theThe assistance I received was good, but I paid for the additions made to the car, and the work is very poor help
