Went for pre-surgery test which included bloodwork, an X-ray and a short program to learn what to expect with upcoming knee replacement. Was greatly impressed with the staff and how efficient everything ran. The program and instructor were excellent and extremely informative. Feel much better about the upcoming procedure. The facility was also very impressive.

They took excellent care of me while having my rotator cuff repaired. Pre-op nurse Carlos was amazing. I'm a tough IV stick and he got in one try. Everyone listened to my concerns and answered my questions.

Overall good experience, I would say the radiologist and the ultrasound technician very attentive, nice, thorough with questions and supportive, the admin staff- the reception not at all. The check in staff .... I am really questioning some of their skills, but I am not their employer, disappointing for me was the way I have to deal with them for the required paperwork and the fact that in this ultra technology era they had to asked me to get my information/images by the other facility on a disk, while they were provided with an access to receive it and save it immediately on their own computer devices, so I was forced to went back and forth between two medical offices, wasting precious time because some one there does not want to upgrade in 21 st century.

My husband recently had surgery performed by Dr. Michael George, and everyone who cared for him—including all the nurses and the anesthesiologist—was very helpful. We were very pleased with the hospital's services. Thank you very much.

I recently had surgery at TOPS Surgical Center, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care.
A special thank you to my initial nurse, Emma, who was wonderful. She was friendly, attentive, and helped put me at ease before the procedure. It’s clear that patient care is a top priority at TOPS Surgical Center. I am very grateful for the excellent treatment I received and highly recommend them to anyone needing surgical care.

All went very well. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I have been going to the Vision Park facility for several years and have always had a positive experience. The staff said results would be sent to my doctor, although past years they have sent an explanation letter. Informative and reassuring for sensitive medical procedures. Same time, next year.

The day before my procedure, I received two calls from TOPS, neither caller leaving a voicemail. Thinking they were calling to let me know the time of my procedure, I called back. I was thrown into the call prompt system from hell. No matter what prompt you chose, it would throw you back into the main system. After a while, I was pushing arbitrary numbers in an attempt to reach a department or a person. Never happened!! Not being able to reach someone regarding those missed calls was very stressful.
In contrast, the day of my procedure was exceptional. The staff, the nurses, the doctors, everything was excellent. I felt very at ease, and confident that I was being well taken care of.
So I’m happy I had my procedure there, but would caution anyone about the lack of communication from the office staff.

My husband recently had back surgery with Dr Leahy at TOPS Surgery Center.
I can’t say enough good things about this man.
His bed side manner is bar none, he’s outstanding about explaining everything and not making you feel rushed or unimportant!
Extremely compassionate!
The staff at this hospital his absolutely five star..
From the moment we checked in to pre op to our departure our experience exceeded every expectation. I had read some bad reviews and I was very anxious about the hospital. But, after our experience I would recommend this surgery center to everyone I love and care about!
Fonda was our first nurse of the evening she made my husband completely comfortable and welcome me to stay with him that night..
Our next nurse was Flo. She was outstanding as well so caring and kind. Our morning nurse the following morning was Kristie she was amazing at getting us organized to head home and extremely efficient.
We had zero problems from start to finish. The doctors and nurses and physical therapist are the best we have ever had!
I would go back to TOPS for any future surgery! No questions asked! The BEST!!
