If I could give this school negative stars I would. Quite possibly the worst place you can go to pursue your a&p. Highway robbery, the administration doesn’t do anything to help you regarding signing up for your classes. It takes forever to get anything done, and by that time the classes are likely already full or there was an issue that they decided to just not make clear to you. They have extra classes you have to take that aren’t even FAA required that just makes it that much harder to finish and start taking your written’s and O&P’s. If you live nearby and think it’s okay just for the convenience trust me taking a 1h+ drive to any other a&p school is that much worth it. Some of the instructors don’t even show up most of the semester but still have the audacity to fail you. What an absolute disgrace.

Maybe if you came here years ago it would have been OK, but most definitely that’s not the case anymore. Incompetent school avoid at all costs.

If I could give 0, or even negative stars, I would. I officially withdrew from this institution on September 2nd, 2025. Today is November 20th, 2025, and despite paying over $7,000 in tuition, the school has failed to process and issue my refund, which is now three months overdue. Most competent educational institutions process refunds within two weeks.

The administrative incompetence and lack of financial transparency at this school are staggering. I strongly urge all prospective students to reconsider enrolling. I am surprised of how competent my high school was compared to an accredited college.

When I withdrew, I was simply told to "wait for the refund to be processed." After waiting significantly longer than is standard, I contacted them and was then informed that I needed to complete several other administrative steps. These steps should have been communicated to me immediately upon withdrawal to expedite the process.

Staff members are unresponsive. Multiple emails regarding my outstanding $5,000+ refund were either completely ignored or met with unhelpful, non-committal replies that did not address my core issue.

The administrative department repeatedly provides the same, false assurance of "Wait two weeks." This stalling tactic has been used every time I have called over the past three months.

I initially understood that the 90% refund policy would apply to the $7,000 I paid, yielding approximately $6,000. I was later informed that the 90% applies to the total cost of the entire semester, resulting in a much lower refund of approximately $5,000.
This means I paid nearly $2,000 to attend classes for only TWO DAYS, an unjustifiable expense given the quality of the administration and services provided.

This ongoing failure to issue my legal and rightful refund has had a direct and punitive impact. I was wished "good luck" at my new college, yet the school is actively preventing me from using my own money to pay my tuition there.

Do not trust this school with your money. If you have any administrative or financial issues, you will be met with silence, stalling, and utter incompetence. They prioritize holding onto student funds over providing basic, professional service. Absolutely unacceptable.

Tried several times reaching out to several faculty members to inquire about a Masters in Airport Management. Weeks have gone by and no one responds. I have left phone messages too!!! So I have to look into other sources.

Terrible institution. The good reviews definitely have to be investors/board members because every student can tell you a negative experience they had. Incompetent administration that never resolves your problems when they themselves caused them, hop you from person to person instead. It's very expensive and the cost is not worth it. There are only a handful of good professors keeping this school alive. I'm shocked they don't have a plethora of lawsuits. Save yourself the money and headache, pick another school.

School is a waste of time and money. It was so expensive. I'm still paying loans back and I left years ago. This place robbed me when I was younger and I deter everyone I can from going here. I just started seeing ads for this school and can't believe they're still around. It reignited my bitterness for it. Go somewhere else they don't deserve it.

The maintenance instructors were an amazing team, very professional.

What I really disliked were the A&P examiners, I requested a reasonable accommodation but was denied immediately, no explanation given and with a condescending attitude so after taking out thousands of dollars in federal student loans, I couldn't use the maintenance degree since I didn't have my A&P license, robbed out of a proper education and a career.

School only wants your money. Especially if you’re going for your A&P. They make you spend an extra 1,200$ for 2 classes that aren’t FAA required. And if you dont pass those two classes they wont hand you your certificates even though you completed and passed all FAA required classes. The purpose of these class is to basically force students to study so when students take their test and pass it makes the school looks good. Seems like modern day robbery for me . Also faculty dont care about students. Its either their time or no time at all. Other wise all FAA required classes are good. Please go somewhere else for A&P program.

This school never returned the deposit I put towards my daughter’s dorm. They sent me an email stating I would receive the payment within a certain date and no payment has ever arrived. They ignored emails and failed to respond to my motorized letter. I even filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This is why I never sent my daughter back to complete her education there or play basketball for them.

Very disappointed with this school, all they care about is your money, bad stuff, bad organization. You feel like you are in a family business. They get ride of good instructors when they try to voice their opinion mean while they keep the bad ones because they are afraid of speaking up. Most of labs are not properly updated with new equipments all parts that are broken are left unrepaired.

Terrible school that only cares about taking your money. Most labs don't work, so that you won't get the experience needed for passing the practicals. You are advised from the start to come in after hours to "re-learn" those practicals in other teachers classes, which is on your own free time and most teachers nowadays are new or don't actually know how to teach. Most teaching is done by the teacher reading from a book or doing slides and just copying notes. Basically just remembering words that you don't really know the meaning to. Alot of teachers use Aviation terms and expect everyone to already know those terms. There's very few good teachers and their classes will be filled the first day of registration.You won't really learn much from here. Glad I transferred outta there.
