Dr. Eidman was simply amazing. He listened to everything I had to say about my knee. He asked questions to find out more about my symtoms and then he came up with a plan moving forward to get me some relief from my knee. His staff was also friendly and professional!

The stars are for Leslie and Leslie only ! I went the other day needing to get an MRI done . Appt was at 10 . I arrived 30 mins early as told to. All to wait over an hour to have nothing done . I was beyond upset . Someone suggested I speak to Leslie . I was hesitant to do so but I’m glad I did. After speaking with her , she made me feel heard and took care of the situation. After that everything went quick and smooth

If you have the chance to be taken to River Oaks, DO IT!! Do not use Kingwood HCA!! All of the staff, doctors, nurses, therapists, etc.. are excellent. Food is good too! I live an hour away and gladly pass up Kingwood HCA to go to River Oaks. Shout out to Dr. Hernandez and Dr. Sgarbi.

Yazmin Phillip, Susan and Nakia in the ICU unit treated me like royalty...Really everyone who attended me were absolutely wonderful...My dialysis nurses were exceptional. They really cared for me...

Ricardo was extremely nice and friendly and professional .
As soon as I came in with my wheelchair and he helped me by moving the chairs out so my wheelchair could fit in the check in area. He also got up several times around to me so I don’t have to go up to him. He filled out my paperwork for me because I can’t due nerve manage on my hand.
Vanessa in PAT was very friendly, personable and helpful. When she did my lab work I didn’t feel the needle she put in.
She helped me locating a few items on Amazon to prepare me for my surgery.
Frank the nurse assistant was very attentive and he anticipated my needs that I didn’t have to ask for anything. He found out my family had not ate anything because they had been waiting a while until my surgery was over. He was kind to provide snacks and helped my mother adjust the tv.
He went beyond and above.
Everyone did small kind gestures, small talk, friendly smiles that seemed genuine that made me feel welcomed.
