Dr Vanessa Barrow is the best!! I had a great experience. Walked in for my appointment wait time was less than 5 minutes. The front desk staff was amazing and welcoming. Dr Barrow was very knowledgeable, kind and answered all my questions. I had a foreign body inside the arch of my foot and couldn't put weight on foot, Dr. Barrow was able to extract it with no pain and I was able to walk normal immediately. She even recommended places to buy shoes with best support to protect feet. If you are looking for an amazing podiatrist. This is the place to go and I highly recommend Dr. Barrow.

The kindness that the staff gives is amazing ..My Dr Vanessa Burrow is spectacular.. Even though she is busy she is with you like you are the only patient she has to see. The experience was fantastic feet feels better.

I had such a wonderful experience with visiting River Oaks, this place looked very clean when entering the building and everyone was very processional, organized and welcoming. I did want to give a special shout out to Cindy at the front desk. She was absolutely amazing! She was so kind, welcoming, and very helpful from the moment I walked in. She made the check-in process so smooth and was very patient and professional. You can tell she genuinely cares about making patients feel comfortable and taken care of. She is definitely an asset to the team and deserves the recognition for the excellent service she provides. Overall, I had a positive experience and will recommend this location to others.Thank you to the entire staff, I honestly had such a smooth experience. :)

Great service from the moment you walk in. We were offered coffee when we walked in and Britney at the front desk was very helpful and just the sweetest. Overall all the staff here is amazing and welcoming.

I have just started coming to see Dr. Brashir. He's very nice and understanding. Dr. Brashir really cares about his patients.
The staff at the front desk to the nurses. They are really kind and helpful.
I really appreciate the warmth they give.

Dr. Albez is great... good luck ever reaching anyone via phone in the office. Over the course of a week, I called over 15 times, leaving at least 3 voicemails. Never reached a human.
