Poor/no service, rude, and indifferent. I brought my wife there since she went down hard with Covid Pneumonia, the ER basically discharged because she wasn't bad enough with no help. Her normal doctor insisted she'd be rushed back in with her vitals only to get same lack of treatment. I will never ever use this ER again, DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. They even had the nerve to charge for, we disputed that some services were not rendered and due to COVID to which they still want to charge. We intend to complain to the State about their actions.

I went to the ER, which is approved by my insurance, and had an easy experience. However I received a call from a debt collector 11 months later because of the doctor. The doctor was not employed by the hospital directly, I never received notice of this. The doctor's group never submitted charges to my insurance or ever sent me a bill. Now I have over $1200 owed to a debt collector.
I called the number and was not put through to Patient Financial Services.

This emergency gives slower service than a government walk in clinic
Saw the gynecologist 2 hours after we arrived
She was busy chatting with others outside
And the staff doesn’t really communicate about the patient info
We had to repeat the whole story with every nurse and the doctor who comes in

I would give them a 0, but not allowed.
Went to St. Luke's for my 5th ct scan July 26th, 2021, and there was a new inexperienced young male who was doing the ct scan. I asked him where Macy (wonderful experienced radiologist) was and he said she was sick, my radar went up. This inexperienced kid stuck me twice in my good vein and it was burning and then tried to put a syringe of water into the connection and it would not go in and I think this is where he blew out my good vein. I have been dealing with blood work, infusions, and ct scans since 2017 and I have never had that happen ever before. He went to get another radiologist and this time a female but I felt she was starting her profession as well, but friendly, kind and gentle. I told them both this was not working out, I had a bad feeling and left saying i was going to reschedule. I will not go back to St. Luke's for scans or anything anymore. I feel sorry for those who don't have good veins and caution you when getting scans at St.Luke's, Springwoods because now they are using inexperienced personnel to fill the voids, guess people are quitting due to forced vaxxss. BEWARE PEOPLE...............

I am not sure whether to laugh or cry. I’ll laugh to bear the pain.
We showed up to emergency room right before 8pm. Vitals were read and after 2 hours later we get called into a room to see a doctor. After 1 hour the doctor, who I must say was nice shows up does his thing and says we need X-ray. He leaves and a nurse walks in 10 minutes later. He asks questions and say X-ray will be in. An hour later X-ray tech shows up. X-ray is done and the wait begins.
The people who work here are either overworked or flat out lazy. There was one receptionist who doubled down as vital sign reader and room assigner. He tried his best to keep up but he couldnt because of the needs of emergency room, what do I know. Dr. Zeballos was nice. So that one star is for him and the nurse and receptionist to share.

Shot these video to document our experience at St. Luke’s Springwoods tonight.
Walked in with wife in a lot of pain. No receptionist, no security guard, nothing. Made it into the back and got someone. Took her financial info, disappeared again. No screening for Covid, no triage. Never saw another soul for the next hour. Finally left and went to another ER and got help. They never even checked on us. She could have died in the lobby and they would have no idea. They did not know we left.
Memorial Hermann was much better. They had her in a room in under five minutes. It ended up being a kidney stone. If you are a Woodlands resident, I do NOT recommend trying that new St. Luke’s.

Have an MRI scheduled. I showed up 1 hour early. Appt at 3:30 still sitting here at 4:40. Nobody has told us why, said sorry you are having to wait. Nothing! A woman arrived after I did and i guarantee she was an hour late and they put her in front of me instead of making her wait or reschedule. Unprofessional, crappy service poor management. and this place is empty and this is still happening

I came I today and was taken quickly and the nurse were very professional and Curious. The attending physician was arrogant, rude and I had never meet a doctor with such horrible bed side manners... I told him few days prior I had been to another hospital for treatment but my symptoms had worsened. He said why did I just go back to the other hospital. I was floored many reasons why! Not the point I went to his hospital for treatment...! He seemed pissed off and was no patient and I felt he didn't want to treat me! I felt so discriminated.
He asked me if I was on drugs or did drugs... because of my boils on my body. If he would of taken the time to properly ask about my history, and why...?
He asked what it kind of insurance I had and I am visiting from out of town. I told him I didn't have medical insurance (as of June 1,2017)
The wound I had wasn't even cleaned he just looked at it and said it was fine and walked out... he said he would refer me to a specialist in the area. The nurse gave me his referrals and the referrals were basically Texas government Medical centers- that have social workers that can assist with Medicare or Medicade.. said the nurse.
I feel I was not given a treatment or further help because I didn't have insurance. I cried my all the way home I couldn't believe how Uncompassionate he was....never in my life have I felt so uncared by a doctor. Not to mention I was still in a lot of pain.
