My husband had a colonoscopy at this hospital… not the most pleasant of procedures. The nurse who greeted us and took history and prepped him for the procedure (Stacy) was amazing! Upbeat, compassionate, kind, and caring, we couldn’t have asked for better care. The anesthesiologist was amazing, as well, taking time to hear about my husband’s autoimmune disease (MG) and listen to our concerns. He never made us feel like we were taking too much of his time. The procedure nurse came to take my husband into the procedure. We didn’t have much time with Erica but were impressed with her care as well. Finally, Shyla was his post-procedure nurse. She was kind, informative and just a wonderful contributor to the care team. Our doctor ( Dr McNeeley) was also wonderful, informing us of results and also making us feel cared for and important. Overall, this was one of the best medical experiences we have ever had. Thank you to the entire team. We highly recommend them all!

Usually people pick a particular doctor's office for the doctor and that was true for me but my visit turned out to be a case of "go for the doctor, stay for the staff!" I've rarely come across staff that made me smile and feel welcome. The ladies at the front desk in suite 320 for family medicine at Baylor St. Luke's were fantastic. They were happy, funny, and made me feel better to be there. I loved the whole atmosphere! I will definitely be back.

If you live in the area and need an ER please consider using St Luke's in Springwoods Village. We went in on a Friday morning and worked with David at the front desk and RN Rachel. I was very impressed and pleased with their support and professionalism. We were seen immediately and had a diagnosis within 1 1/2 hours from the time we showed up. We were heading home in a lot better condition and very satisfied with the outcome of the visit. Thanks again David and Rachel for your help and support this morning.

Excellent care by Dr Makayla Williams and RN Anna Krenek. It was a very pleasant experience. I’m glad I went to this hospital emergency department. If need to, I would go again to this emergency room

Thank you for sharing your heartwarming story! It's a reminder of our dedication to serving our patients and their families.
My experience with this ER was prompt and professional from beginning to end. Kind and concerned admission almost instantly, Anna my Nurse was efficient and calming, and Dr. Williams made sure I understood each test and procedure every step of the way. I'm not sure what experience anyone else has had but I recommend you try going again. Seems there has been a huge reset and I will skip the Memorial Hospital System drama - thank you- and head straight to St Luke's ER for any future incidents. I HIGHLY recommend!

Was treated like an alien with four eyes because of the frequency prescribed of Alprazolam by my psychiatrist.
During our last really bad storm with snow forecasted, my psychiatrist office was closed on that Monday in preparation. My Xanax refill was due that day and I was out of the med. I visited in hopes that I could get just three or four pills to hold me until my psych's office reopened which was promised by the next day employees would be working from home.
When the attending physician was informed of the 1mg 4/day regimen he lost composure very quickly and unprofessionally. Uttered rudely "I'll see what I can do", and after an inordinate amount of time the nurse returned with a script for Hydroxyzine (a mere antihistamine). Sorry, terribly ineffective for a person with a severe panic disorder. Thanks ever so much for the added stress.

Don’t ignore the bad reviews! If you’re looking for empathetic and supportive care, please do NOT visit this ER! From intake, the nurse acted as if she was annoyed. I came in for pelvic pain. Dr. Jacobson came into the room, but never introduced himself, and asked about two questions. Upon discharge, The nurse just sat my paperwork on the bed and asked me to sign. I read the paperwork in front of her to find that I have OVARIAN CYSTS (and no one felt like it was worth discussing). I brought it up, and the nurse responded “You’ve never had cysts before?” Also, I did not use the ER as a substitute for primary care. I came in for PAIN. Obviously for good reason. The only nice nurse was the one who started my IV. It was the worst medical experience I’ve ever had. The whole staff, besides check-in was weird.

My elderly mother was cared for in the Emergency Department today. All of the staff were very friendly, professional, and experts in their roles. Shout out to Kelly, Antonio, Kendrick, and the very nice receptionist. As a fellow nurse, I knew my mom was in great hands. Thank you St. Luke’s ED staff!
