The service was quick, and they even offered a complimentary shuttle to a waiting area within 10 miles. In the end, I didn’t have to pay because it was covered under warranty. Worst oil change service ever. Waited two hours for car to be done even when an appointment was made for the oil change and car wash.
Arrived to pick up the car and the car wash was not done.
I spoke to the director of service and parts, Jose Ruiz, and he said that not all services get a complimentary car wash and that I should just be happy that I got the oil change at a discount.
Attached picture of offer clearly states “COMPLIMENTARY HAND WASH WITH EVERY SERVICE!”

Had a 9:00 AM appointment for a simple oil change at Honda. I waited 3 hours and was then told it would be another hour. The service advisor who assisted me, Erik, messaged me saying my car was not even on the lot yet despite my 9:00 AM appointment, and that he would be going on his lunch break and would start on my car after he returned — adding even more delay.
To make matters worse, when I finally got my keys back, my AirPods that were attached to my keys were missing. Completely unacceptable. Poor time management, and lack of care for customers’ belongings. I will not be returning!

Thank you to Rene in parts and Rudy in service. I had a damaged tire. I always take my Honda to Easy Honda so I decided to take my Lincoln MKZ. Rene in parts and Rudy in service took care of my Lincoln just as good as they treat my Hondas. It was a very smooth and simple process. They even took the time to provide me with a complimentary car was and vaccumed the inside. Thank you both for all your help!!

I purchased my car in November of 2024. Part of the plan was one year of maintenance. I had an oil change at 6 months. Service was good but it did take almost 3 hours.
My service light came back on prior to my annual date so I brought my Ridgeline back in to have an oil change. The service rep said I also needed tires rotated and balanced. Total charge for services would be approximately $500.00
I asked if this was covered under the 1 year maintenance
The answer was no. You don't get 1 year of maintenance you get one visit I'm the first year if you are under 12,000 miles. I told the service tech I was told it was a year. The tech told me the sales staff doesn't explain the process accurately. At this point I decided to go somewhere else.
I am glad I asked about maintenance warranty prior to getting the service. So the 1 year maintenance is essentially 1 oil change. No bueno

I had a very disappointing experience at Easy Honda for my Car Service. I went in just for a tire rotation, and they made me wait for more than 4 hours.
After waiting 2 hours, I asked for an update, and the service representative told me the work hadn’t even started yet. He said it would be done in about 35 minutes, but even after another 45 minutes, no one gave me any update.
What should have taken 30 minutes elsewhere ended up wasting my entire day. No one informed me that it would take this long when I dropped off my car.
Very poor communication and time management — definitely not coming back again.

Service department was helpful and kind. This was my first experience there since I had been going to a different honda dealership. Easy Honda was professional and experienced. Definitely will return there for service or for a future vehicle. They even washed my Prologue making it look new again. Also, thanks for the loaner car while mine was getting fixed!

My wife and I went to Easy Honda- Formerly Spring Branch, to look for a CR-V. We thought it would be the typical high pressure tactics I've experienced at two other Honda dealers, one on the SW side near 59 and BW8. We met with David and he calmly and professionally introduced Mr. Edgar, who I believe is a great example of Customer Care. He spent some extra time with us on a busy Saturday.
We found a 2026 CR-V for a similar price and it was the trim and color my wife wanted.
Easy Honda is highly recommended and I will be sending family and friends ASAP. This past Saturday, I took it back to Service with an appointment, to finish tinting and final polishing and they did a great job and took very good care of me, and Mr. Edgar even came out to service to check on the work and ensure I was satisfied. Easy is a smaller size dealer and is willing to the extra mile to ensure you are happy. Ask for Edgar...

I gave this Honda service department a try as first time customer. First and last , as I was very disappointed ! they took over 3 hours for a simple oil change. Not one time did my service agent advisor showed up to give me any update of my vehicle. I left extremely disappointed. I was planning on maybe buying a new vehicle but I will take my business somewhere else…
