My friend took his Honda here, and was told:
1. His brake rotors needed to be replaced because they had "rust", and
2. His brake pads were worn out and needed replacing.
--Rust on brake pads is normal; they were not warped and the notion that they should be replaced is nonsense
--I ask anyone who knows cars: do you think this pad is worn out? I don't think so.
They were, in a word, trying to rip him off.

Christian was very helpful for my service today. He explained what maintenance I needed clearly and was respectful of my time while I waited.
They have 5-6 service people, who are THE only people who can help you with your car. No else can assist. So, be prepared to get passed around on the phone, and wait until your agent is free.
This has happened to me twice in one month!!! How aggravating?!

purchased my vehicle from Easy Honda Houston and was told a second key was included. The dealer now refuses to provide it, saying I came “too late,” even though no deadline was ever disclosed. This was part of my purchase agreement and has not been honored. I am requesting resolution.

They have terrible service at easy honda. I paid 1,700$ for Honda Care . Today i hit to the pothole and my tire was flat. They said they don’t cover because I came to easy Honda every single month. I am working on the road everyday. Issues can be happened usually. Why they sell honda care for me, and the said like that. It’s terrible.

Won't be coming back for service. Hit 12k miles on our 2025 Odyssey 1 year + 1 month after the purchase. Service rep said that the car is no longer covered since we're past a year and quoted $90+ for an oil change. She also said the tire rotation was free, but somehow added a $40 labor charge for a service you can get free at any tire shop. Not worth the wait time and poor customer experience.
