My 85 year old mom spent 17 days here in Jan. 2026 after a brain bleed and 18 days at Methodist hospital. She came in with a nasal feeding tube and 3 days later began to eat minced food. Had PT and OT and respiratory therapy daily. She regained her strength and was released to go home! Everyone was caring and professional! Lindsey the case manager was fantastic, Courtney in PT was caring and great! We loved her nurse Jackie and the assistant Dora! It was a great experience!

Encompass was AH-MAZING! They took excellent care of my Mom after her stroke. The facility is very clean and the staff are skilled, thorough, and incredibly caring, not just for the patient but families too. The therapy she received exceeded our expectations. While she still has a long way to go, what they were able to do with her in 30 days gave us hope. We are forever grateful to everyone who had a hand in her care. Special thanks to the techs, nurses cleaning and dining staff. Extra-special thanks to Angie, Deb, Jeremy, Kiley and Taylor. Thanks to Imme, Hope, Mark Nana, Emily, Cacee, Rissian... I'm forgetting some names but know they are all awesome. And last but not least, Christine. You each helped us navigate one of the scariest times in our lives. God bless you.

Encompass Hospital is the best Hospital ive ever been a patient at. It is exemplary in every department. Their physical and occupational therapy departments are just wonderful the staff must be treated very well because they treat the patients very well the nurses the doctors the respiratory Department are all Beyond excellent I highly recommend you choose this Hospital for all your rehabilitative needs

Horrible, never again.
I got a hip replacement and was in much pain.
The therapist told my doctor I was abusing the pain meds.
I’m sure she wasn’t in any pain, it made life difficult for me like that’s what I needed to recover!
Find someone that helps you and not an instigator!

I entered Encompass on Christmas day 2025. I was very depressed and cried all day. However, every member of the staff was empathetic and worked to lift my spirits. When I arrived, I was completely unable to walk, sit up, feed myself, or care for myself in any way due to complications from cervical spine surgery. I was barely eating, my muscles had started to atrophy and I had lost 23 pounds in just a few weeks. I truly didn't think there would be much improvement in a couple of weeks. I was wrong! The occupational and physical therapists, doctors, nurses and other staff members encouraged me and worked with me to help me recover. In the 16 days that I was at Encompass l began my journey back to health. I came home able to feed and care for myself and walk using a walker! I continue to improve every day thanks to the foundation set in place by them. God bless the staff at Encompass!

I have been in a lot of places and I have worked in a lot of rehabilitation hospitals and facilities but I have never seen a place like encompass and humble it is run with compassion patience and empathy and I love the way the staff all works together is the Jonathan runs a amazing organization and a wonderful staff members from dietary to housekeeping and the amazing nursing staff, the supporting staff for otpt the amazing social workers and case managers that go all out their way to make sure that the patients today is comfortable and even when they are destroyed and on their way to Independence they called and make sure that you have everything in it I have never seen anyone and CEO of a facility talk to the family knows all of his employees I know it is just amazing to me I am so glad that Miss Geraldine was able to come to the encompass and to get the help she needs she is on her way to Independence she has learned how to feed herself wash your face and brush your teeth which is an amazing accomplishment all because of the amazing assistance and help she received at the m compass rehabilitation center and humble Texas thank you guys for the amazing work I appreciate it and so does Miss Geraldine malvous. You guys rock may God continue to give you all strength and working together to make each patient and clients independent thank you

This was my second time going to encompass. I picked them because they are the best. The staff is wonderful. They help you with everything and answer any questions you have and they’re very attentive to each patient.

Encompass was amazing.
There's no way to provide perfect care for an elderly person recovering from hip surgery but Encompass was the best. Every nurse every staff member was top-notch the best.

The facility was new and clean. The food was as good as it can be on a highly restricted diet.
The staff, from the cleaning crew to the specialist physicians and especially the PT/OT staff were top-notch.
They were professional and caring.
I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I love this facility. They are very sweet, professional and really take care of the patient. All needs are addressed in a timely manner. Very clean and has a pleasant atmosphere! The case workers are great… I have been fortunate to work with Lyndsey Johnson and Tepliah - both were very caring and supportive concerning my mom’s care and wellbeing!
