The facility was clean and everyone was very professional and kind. It was easy and quick to be seen by a doctor on a holiday- when all other doctors are closed!

The staff are always very friendly and accommodating. The wait is never too long and the doctors we have seen Have always listened to our complaints and have been very helpful. Will continue to go back when needed.

All of the staff were very friendly, attentive and made the check-in process seamless and wait time was very minimal. I’d definitely refer my family and friends if they need to go to Urgent Care to this location. If I’m ever in need and medical care I’ll return for myself &/or children in the future.

Dr. Amelia and the front desk staff are great at helping solve any issues you have. My experience with them was great!

Dr. Ogunro, Dejon, and his staff were so kind, and attentive. They listened and were thorough while streamlining the visit which is always appreciated when one does not feel well. My doctor recommended getting a quick Xray after changing a tractor tire. Instead of going to the medical center, I came to Excel. I always ask for a thyroid guard. They couldn't find one, but I did the Xray anyway. As a result, they found my trachea displaced by a large thyroid growth that I had no idea that I had. It was growing down into my chest cavity and already was compressing my lung. My surgeon said that another few months, a thoracic surgeon would have been involved in the surgery since it would have been necessary to go into my chest cavity. Thankfully for me, they picked the right day to hide that thyroid guard. I've been coming back every since.

I was seen by a doctor within 15 minutes. He listened actively as I explained my health issue and asked appropriate questions. I am happy that he understood and treated me with respect. He prescribed medications that I feel will help me to get well. Thank you.

Dr. Valencia is genuinely one of the most caring doctors I’ve met. He’s patient, kind, thorough, and really makes you feel heard instead of rushed. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and wants to help. The office is incredibly lucky to have him — he made such a positive difference in my experience.

Taking a drug test is a bitter sweet experience… Sure, you’re starting a new job but the thought of you visiting your cousin’s 2 months ago and he smoked a joint at the kitchen table and now you’re paranoid because…. Could that affect my test? 😂😭🙄
These ladies put a calmness in the air with their professionalism, patience, and transparent communication. Giving you free rein to ask silly questions without any fear of feeling awkward. Thank you for the least judgmental experience I’ve had in a while.
