Very timely and very responsive to my needs as a patient on a Sunday morning of this Holiday weekend.. I needed a consult for a sprain and Excel Urgent Care was Fantastic!

I deducted two stars for every 15 minutes of wait time past 15 minutes . For an urgent care, they are not demonstrating the sense of urgency. 45 minute wait is not reasonable considering the lack of patients awaiting urgent care in the waiting area.

The wait time was a little long even though I scheduled an appointment, but the doctor was really good and helpful.

I had such a wonderful experience here and wanted to say thank you to the entire team. From the moment I walked in, everyone was kind, welcoming, and incredibly efficient. The front desk staff quickly found my information from a previous visit years ago, which made check-in so easy. I appreciated how organized everything was—from registration and insurance verification to explaining each step of the process and what tests I might need.
I came in during a stressful time after losing my uncle and spending the day helping my mom with funeral planning. I wasn't feeling well, and my heart had been racing. Every person I encountered—from the nurses and technicians to the physician—treated me with genuine compassion. Even Nurse Andrea said something I'll never forget: "You needed to come in and take care of you today." That simple act of kindness meant more than she probably realized.
They were able to perform an EKG, check my blood pressure, and run a urinalysis test right there in the office. Dr. Amelia Shelby-Nwokeji reviewed/explained my results, reassured me that my heart looked healthy, and diagnosed a sinus infection that had become so significant. My prescription was sent to the pharmacy immediately, and I was on my way home within about an hour.
As someone who works in project management, I really appreciate when a team operates like a well-oiled machine while still making people feel cared for. That's exactly what I experienced here. Even upon leaving the exam room, I was told to "Have a good evening and feel better." Thank you for your professionalism, your efficiency, and most of all, your kindness. I'll absolutely return here if I ever need urgent care again, and I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for compassionate, high-quality care.

I can highly recommend Excel after visiting there multiple times over the years. They have a friendly efficient staff. I appreciate having a place to go for healthcare after hours that is not an ER.

I went there to get some stitches removed. The front staff was efficient and helpful. The nurse was wonderful and had a positive attitude. The doctor listened and very professional.

Everyone (front desk, nurse, doctor) was incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly. The wait was not long. I highly recommend this location!
