From the moment I entered the door the staff was very pleasant. Facility was spotless. I had just arrived from Ohio and they walked me through the pap. Dr was amazing

Got in quickly to see the doctor. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Dr. Shelby-Nwoke was thorough and spent plenty of time speaking with me about my issue.

Everyone was very friendly, just wish they had a way to do a culture swap. I wasn’t sure if I had a fungi or poison oak. It was hard to determine what I had. They said I would have to go to a dermatologist. Just wish they could’ve done it there. But other than that very friendly.

The young girl Jazmine (I think was her name)checking my vitals was really cool and made the visit go smoothly. Very genuine. I appreciate her professionalism .

Jizelle is awesome
She handled my pre-employment drug test and most of the physical process (blood pressure, weight, hearing, vision, reflexes and tall)
After that, the doctor completed the physical exam professionally and fast
I would recommend Excel Urgent Care for any physical or drug test

I was able to make an online appointment so waiting time was minimal. The staff was professional and courteous. The doctor answer all of my questions and provided the care I needed.

The front desk, nurse and doctor did a great job. My nurse was awesome. He was very attentive and caring while I was in pain. I so appreciated that.

Very friendly and hospital front desk and doctors. They took great care of me on 3/16 at 8:41 pm which was close to closing time. I was diagnosed with influenza and got a prescription and doctors note. There was a bit of a discrepancy on the doctors note and when I asked about it they were able to correct it quickly and with great hospitality. Coming from the hospitality industry I have to say that they have great service, a great attitude, and exceptional follow through. I highly recommend.

Dr Jorge was amazing. Staff is incredibly friendly. Had to take my Fiance for a severe bladder infection and they assured her everything was going to be taken care of and listened to her concerns. I would recommend them 10/10!!
