In my personal experience, I can say that absolutely everyone at the hospital was very kind. From the moment I entered the emergency room, everyone was very attentive with a smile on their face. I understand it was slow because there were many patients waiting in the ER, but they do their best. Once I was admitted, everyone was excellent: the cleaning staff, the food service staff, the nurses, the doctors, the transport staff—everyone was excellent. I had a very good experience. 👌
Thank you Randy Hoang (RN) for taking care of my mom so well. For being super fast and attentive. Best RN we've had since we started this uncomfortable journey! Thanks Randy you’re the best!! I hope one day the hospital will be full of you!
Let me start by saying that I have not received a bill yet and I know the insanity of billing can really dampen an experience, so take this 5 star rating as it relates to the people and the experience we had, less the billing.
We took our 3 year old in late Sunday night for severe belly pain. There was no one else in the waiting room when we arrived, so we were helped promptly by the receptionist. I am also 8 months pregnant and the security guard noticed, brought out a wheel chair so that I could sit with my son, wheeled us back, carried him to the scale and back to our room, all so that I wouldn’t have to be lifting him, which I thought was extremely thoughtful. Once back in a room, our nurse was extremely nice and kind and moved quickly. We saw the doctor in a reasonable amount of waiting time, who was also super nice and great with kids. I also really appreciate that there was a procedure she recommended we complete, but because it could wait until the next day, recommended we had it done somewhere that specializes in children. I really couldn’t have asked for them to do anything better and we would come back here again.
