Today, this September 4th, 2026, i believe Methodist in Clear Lake may be the most professional, efficient hospital in Houston at the moment. I am a Houston fireman and so i visit all of the hospitals every time i work... taking patients, caring for the sick and wounded.
I had to go to the ER myself this time. And i went to the best. I was seen in the ER and the ER patients were seen and taken care of quickly. The staff was very attentive and caring and professional, unlike many of the hospitals in Houston.
You are my choice of hospitals.

Hi, I'd like to apologize to Houston Methodist Sugar Land Hospital for the review I wrote four years ago.
I wrote some horrible comments during a time where I was struggling with post partum stress after giving birth and the joke with my family now is, "who let my intrusive thoughts use my phone?" Lol. I had my baby at Houston Methodist Hospital but my story is that I realized late into my pregnancy that I was pregnant and not only did that mean I had a lot of catching up to do medically for the baby, I had to mentally prepare forward for delivery and spiritually for receiving. I want to say I'm sorry because I wrote a bad review on my experience, however, my review was not accounting the actual reflection I had from the actual experience of staying at Houston Methodist Sugar Land Hospital.
So here goes: Houston Methodist Sugar Land Hospital itself is a wonderful hospital that handles all types of emergencies and they provide top tier service and support to their patients. I'd like to thank the doctors and nurses who helped me during my stay at Houston Methodist Sugar Land Hospital and helped me feel safe and secure in delivering my son. I don't remember anyone in specific during my time there except my delivery nurse. She helped make labor fast and easy. My baby boy came out 7 lbs and 1 oz and I cluldn't of been more happier :) He is turning 5 this October and I couldn't be more blessed!

If you or your love one is in an emergency use ANYONE but this one. I’ve never felt more unsafe and unheard in my life. We left and went to patients off I10 and they took amazing care of me.
This hospital should be ashamed of how they treat people in emergency situations. -27/10

I woke up Monday August 24th and headed to work. As I pulled in to the parking lot I knew I was sick. Not just a little sick but in terrible pain. I felt as if i was having a heart attck. I got back in my truck and headed for a free standing methodist emergency room. After several test they sent me by ambulance to Clearlake medical Hospital. I was taken to 3rd floor unit to which i have been in since monday 7 days now. All of the staff i have had has taken great care of me. I wanted for nothing always checking on me and keeping my pain level at a low once they figured out i had a terrible stomach ulcer.Test after test they ruled out lots of stuff. But with perseverance and drive to help me they continued to test and treat me .Eventually figuring out what it was and treating me accordingly They are like family. I am feeling much better and going home today on 08/30/2026. I had Dr Stephans,Dr Kafrouni and Dr Brown ,Dr Okon and Dr Aazam as my medical doctors and some of my favorite nursing staff was TAIWO she has heart , Ruchi, Sarah ,Marjorie, Sally, Aimee, Samantha and Daisy and so many more. I just can't remember all the names. You can tell most of these folks are here for helping people and not strictly for a pay check. If you are ever sick Methodist definitely is picky about their nursing staff and who they hire. They seem to only hire the best. I will miss my newly adopted family of care takers. THANK YOU TO METHODIST CLEARLAKE and ALL of the 3rd FLOOR STAFF in the hospital. You were a GOD Send. I will always remember these folks and this Hospital stay. I will always return to this hospital.

I was seen here last Friday early evening as I was so sick, thriving in pain, my arm and my ankle, the ER was full up and very busy ; they had a lot of us in the hallway bc they had no beds but they took such great care of me that night, from the security guard to the nurses and Dr's and techs ,they were so professional, I was cold, they gave me a blanket and utmost care! Treated me like i was family, never had gotten impatient with me, even made a fake wall for privacy during my EKG, I mean the few hours I spent in the ER flew by so fast, their love, care and comfort of me was super great, professional, Plus 10 across the board; I HIGHLY recommend this ER and hospital any day of the week! Thank you Houston Methodist ER for taking great care of me!
